Dr. Chiplumkar, makes you feel very comfortable. She is very caring and understanding. Dr. Chiplankar takes time to hear all your concerns and puts you at ease. She follows up and puts her patients first.
Half star. Been trying since January to get life insurance policy. Prudential has tried several times to get my medical records from CHMG. JUST found out an hour ago that now Prudential says CHMG doesn't HAVE my records after having seen Chiplunkar for over a year! Thank God I haven't been hit by a bus in the last six months! I cannot imagine a more inept group of "professionals" that shirk their part in completing a file for a patient. I was told in March they needed a phone number for someone; they have NO resources to get a number? Didn't call me or update me on their inability to process their part of the paperwork. Words cannot convey my anger and frustration dealing with a group that claims to care, yet doesn't follow-up on such a critical paperwork requirement. Someone dropped the ball, and I won't quit until I find out who and why.

I had a great initial visit with Dr. Chiplunkar. SHe had already reviewed my medical files from my previous physician and was able to speak directly about my conditions and needs. When I left I had the referrals I needed and an order for blood work. She called the very next day to discuss results. Dr. Chiplunkar is genuine very easy to talk with.
Dr. Chiplunkar was very patient and thorough. She immediately ordered lab tests and ask to see me back in a week to discuss results and a treatment plan. I feel she is dedicated to helping me resolve my issue and to put me on a path to living a healthier life.
