Though the Doctor is excellent, his staff leaves me wanting! When trying to verify a appointment for this or next Friday I was on hold for over 40 minutes! This is not the first time and I’m sure not the last!

Dr Axelrod was terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative... I immediately felt at ease - and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Nurse Majdi and Nurse Mayleigh were awesome. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Had an appointment, was told the office would be opening late and I'd receive a call if they closed. They closed, no call, no notice. Drove an hour, waited 40 minutes for no information or warning OR A CALL. Truly unprofessional and no ncaring.

Didn't feel enough questions or concern were addressed, and then a script was never entered to my pharmacy, and when called, they sent the wrong script. For a specialist, I wasted time and money for results I could have attained at my primary.

These people should all lose their jobs

This Dr does not care about the patient and does not even review his notes to know who you are from previous appointments. Had kidney stones in early January followed by a lipotripsy in a couple of weeks. I had known stones in both kidneys so discussed which side to do first. Did right side. Two weeks later had an appointment that I was told would be a scan and review. Got there and they insisted on doing an X-ray. I questioned this as I was told previously we were doing a scan. I asked if you could see a stone with X-ray and I was told sometimes. Not what I needed to hear. Questioned the dr but all he asked me was how I felt. I said fine. He said see you in six months. Three minutes was all he spent. I asked about lipto tipsy for other side but he said these were small. Not the same conversation I had weeks earlier. I took a day off of work for dr axelrod to ask how I felt. Waste of time. Oh surprise I ended up in the emergency room the very next night with a stone. Highly professional, understanding crew in Axelrod's department. As someone who's terrified of operations, this couldn't have gone better

He is very thorough and explains treatments so that they can be clearly understood. His kind and gentle demeanor makes communication easy and averts fear. Good beside manners is important to me and he has it.

Doctor Axelrod was the on-call doctor for Dr. Bromberg. He refused to speak to my husband because he said is playing telephone tag. Told service he attempted to call twice. He had only attempted once and his message from the service to my husband was "if it's a true emergency go to the emergency room.

HE SAID LUMP WAS NOTHING N DENIED ME MORE TESTING THAN FEELING ME UP FEW MONTHS LATER IM TOLD I HAVE A TUMOR !!! Here’s the story .... Saw him because I found a lump and thought it was a tumor. I tried desperately to get him to feel the lump. he assured me it was nothing and sent me on my way because he felt no lump(even after I put his finger directly on it.) two months later I came back because it got a lot worse. He now saw the “lump” and after a ultra sound said It was a tumor. I am now waiting for more test to see if I need to get said body part removed, ..... I was assured it was nothing and no further testing was done. NOW I MAY LOSE A BODY PART DUE TO THIS GUYS NEGLIGENCE. THIS WAS NOT A MISSED DIAGNOSIS THIS WAS PURE NEGLIGENCE!!! This is not the first time caremount doctors missed something serious. They missed torn cartilage in my hip which will need to be replaced and a botched hernia surgery. Dr Axelrod may well be a fine doctor, but the front office staff are beyond incompetent. No doctor is any better than their front office, and this group is making Dr Axelrod look wildly incompetent. My husband is scheduled for an MRI on Friday morning; at 6:20pm on the Wednesday evening prior, we get a call that he must have a comp panel (bloodwork) done by Thursday, in advance of the MRI. Dr Axelrod has, purportedly, entered the orders for this, but the front office staff said nothing, no appointment was made, and so now my husband is driving 30 minutes there and back in order to have the bloodwork done in time for the scan. I would like to speak with Dr Axelrod, and his office manager. This is gross incompetence, and an imposition on a patient. I work in a world-renowned cancer hospital nearby, and if this kind of thing had happened there, there would be consequences. At the very least, I would expect re-training, and heightened awareness of the need for better communication with patient and patient families. Dr. Axelrod gave me back tennis and running. No more urine leaking while I play! I recommend him highly to all my friends with same issue.
