Dr. Shelley Ann Bohn

I LOVE HER! She is amazing and so great with the kids. I always loved that when the kids were sick they would get seen same day. My kids went there before she was with OU. I called to schedule and there is no openings until February. I was bummed but happy she is doing so great!

Dr. Bohn is great! I am in my late 60s, guardian and grandmother with lots of personal experience with doctors. She has always had the patience of Job with the grandson and adults alike. Very down to earth. Would highly recommend her to anyone. Oh, yes! We are treated as well as if we had expensive insurance, even though it's Sooner Care. Dr. Bohn is great! Dr. Bohn is an Awesome doctor. I have 4 children she has been there Ped's Doctor from birth on except for my 6 year olds 1st year....Wish we found her then! We are disappointed because we moved away from Oklahoma and we couldn't take her with us! She always took the time to answer questions. She remembers our entire family every time. She would talk to the children about there interest. She will see the new babies in the Hospital. You can call after hours and either she or her associate Dr. Harvey will answer the call in person and talk to you and help you with whatever the crisis is at the time. They are the only ones I have know and heard about that doesn't have an answering service or a Nurses Help line. You get to speak to the DOCTOR! If office visits we ALWAYS see our Doctor not some PA. Only if she is out of office do we see DR. Harvey but that has only been twice in 6 years and in emergence's. When My 2 1/2 year old at the time needed stitches on his head I was able to go in office to there Procedure Room right away. It was calm, no waiting, no stress. My son wasn't overwhelmed, he didn't even cry during it. I got to hold him and we both sang as she stitched him up. Way better then going to the ER! Doctor Bohn We will miss you! WE LOVE Dr. Bohn and her office staff. They have seen our 4 children from birth until our oldest turned 6 and we had to move out of state. If there is ever a question or concerns you can call the doctor after hours and either she or Dr. Harvey answer's the on call cell phone. They switch off weeks. She personally calls for follow up check-ups to see how the kids are doing and if they are feeling better. She had done stitches in office and we avoided having to go to the ER and wait FOREVER and that also helped my 3 year old at the time remain calm and not have so many people bustling around. Wish we could have kept her as our PEDS Doctor!
