Dr. Sheri Lee Laird

My wife and I have found Dr. Laird very personable and interested in us. She takes adequate time for our visits. Office staff has been very helpful and on top of things. Several good referrals as well. We are pleased with the care we get at the clinic.

I found Dr. Laird when I switched jobs and subsequently insurance. She is one of the most thorough and caring doctors I have ever met, and I am in the healthcare field so know she is one of a few that actually listens. I went in to pick up my labs and requested a form be signed (needed a Dr signature). I was told to wait 20 minutes to see her so she could sign it. I then asked if there would be a charge for this and was told “no” by the office assistant, and Dr. Laird’s assistant Sarah witnessed this as she told me over the phone. I received a bill in the mail for $150! I called the office to dispute, they lowered it to $50. It’s UNETHICAL to charge when a client inquires if there in fact will be a fee and is told no. Dr. Laird is the most caring and gentle doctor that my family has worked with. She listened to my daughter and made her comfortable. Aging out of her pediatrician was stressful for her so Dr. Laird eased her anxiety.

I love Dr. Laird. She listens and has a caring heart. She has been my doctor for over a decade and I am happy with my care.

Truly impressive depth of knowledge, matched with such a wonderful, caring soul. I am so lucky to have found Dr. Laird as my PCP. .

The ladies in the front office, the back office and the medical staff in Dr Laird's office are absolutely fantastic. Professional, responsive, helpful and they really care about me and their patients. I know first hand what different types of personalities and bedside manners you get with physicians. Dr. Laird is absolutely fantastic. You would be doing yourself and your family a disservice if you did not at least consider her to be your family physician. I will not see anyone else.

Since moving to Oregon, Dr. Laird has taken great care of my wife & I. Glad we found her. She is very accommodating to our needs when they arise.

Dr. Sheri is the best doctor I have ever had. She saved my life!!

Sheri is a great doctor for my son and I. She actually spends time talking to you about what's going on instead of spending 10 minutes and leaving. She is genuine, kind and knowledgeable. Very pleased with her.

Shockingly poor communication. Never had a doctor be so inconsiderate and rude. She relies on her staff to communicate difficult news.

Excellent, caring physician. Spends as much time with you as you need. As a physician myself, I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Knowledgeable, sincere, compassionate, and practical. Dr. Laird's candor is appreciated, especially with my young teen.

I have been seeing Dr. Laird for over 10 years. She takes the time with you and will actually discuss treatment plans instead of just ordering what she feels is best. I like the fact that I'm given choices on a treatment plan and she will explain the differences of each plan. My daughter and her family also have been going to Dr. Laird for about 9 years. My brother for the last 2 years and thinks she wonderful. I live in Beaverton, but the travel time is well worth it. I have been seeing Dr. Laird for over 10 years. She really cares about her patients and Rajeev the time to explain everything and build a relationship with you and your family. If she's doesn't know the answer she looks into it which I appreciate!

An unemployed friend of mine is in terrible pain. Sheri Laird MD's office at the Willamette Clinic will not see her or her daughter who is in pain until she pays her balance of $75. Really? I thought that the medical profession first and foremost was to help people. Too bad. I'm here with my friend who is suffering terribly.

Dr. Laird is kind, knowledgeable, and thorough with my family of four children. We moved the next town over and I still travel a half hour to see her for all of our needs. Sometimes, such as when strep throat hits our family, that is a lot of travel. But, I don't mind one bit. Her care for us it that good.

She cares deeply for all of her patients and that's hard to find these days she spends the time needed even if you go slightly over the time allotted for your appointments. She's warm and friendly, and she's not the kind of doctor to scoot people through to make bank. Dr laird doesn't do pain management, so those who are upset about that should probably go to a pain management clinic instead. Overall a great place. Dr Laird has a wonderful demeanor. She listens, takes notes, and gives you options for treatments, with the pros & cons for each. She's very caring of her patients. I recommend her highly.

Dr. Laird has not taken my chronic lifelong pain disease seriously. She has never prescribed me the amount of medication it takes to relieve my pain and because I didn't have insurance for a while due to relocating and being in between jobs I suffered quietly. She was prescribing me insufficient amounts of meds without me coming in and I was waiting for her to notify me that I needed to be seen for another refill. I received a notice in December that I needed to be seen in January and I called and made an appointment letting them know that I was waiting for my OHP cards as apparently in Oregon if you qualify for OHP you must apply for it. Meanwhile my meager prescription ran out and I have been suffering in terrible pain and they prescribed me less then one a day until my appointment. That is a slap in the face. I know for a fact that she has prescribed copious amounts of vicadon to several people for years that do not have a chronic pain disease but a sore back or sore knee. These people are drug addicts and they get more help then someone who is not a drug addict and is taking a non narcotic pain medication without abusing it. I called and was told they did this because I chose to come in on the 17th of January instead of an earlier appointment to which I explained for the second time that I was trying to wait for my medical insurance to come in but hey I can come in anytime I just can't afford to pay cash up front especially when I will have proof of insurance in a couple of weeks. When I went in on the 6th for my appointment I was in so much pain and so disappointed that I have a doctor that doesn't take my disease seriously I was shaking and crying because I have to function. I have to look for work, work, take care of my fiancé who is having complications from a heart transplant and do all work around the house to maintain it by myself. They proceeded to embarrass me by saying because I had never made a payment they needed money up front. Well guess what? I HAD MADE A PAYMENT AND THEY HAD NO RECORD OF IT. I made another payment and walked out the door and came home to check my back account where the record of payment is there. I refuse to waste my time and money on a doctor who makes me beg for medications that I need to live a productive life and who's staff doesn't have the ability to manage their accounts and would rather embarrass someone then get to the bottom. They made me feel like a liar and a loser which I am neither of those things. It was awful and I will find better treatment elsewhere.
