Called Bay Dental at 10:00AM on Saturday and left a message that I needed a root canal. Dr. Andrew’s called me back stating that I should come right in. And I did, and was out of there by noon. It was a wonderful experience.

They are always on time. Always friendly. And they do a great job. I’ve had crowns done by them and the crowns have been perfect from day one.

Always a good experience. Attention to detail and efficiency is always spot on. Wait time is minimal and they are always willing to fit me in if necessary.

My experience with Bay Dental Office was excellent in every way.. Professional, efficient ,and kind at all times.

I have been a faithful client of Bay Dental for at least 15-20 years. I took my 3 year old daughter today for her first visit today and they were fantastic with her. The technician explained step by step and showed my daughter everything before she used it.

As a first-time patient at Bay Dental I was impressed with the hygenist, Rachel. She was professional, thorough and accomodating to my needs. Dr Waters was also very understanding and patient. My one negative was the office set-up. I've never been to a dentist in a group setting. Stations were divided by cabinets so there is no privacy when discussing your personal issues. Great team work with Dr. Francoti and assistant.Dr. Dave Francati has been a wonderful dentist for me and my family for 20+ years. He is very patient caring person who makes me feel welcome on every visit. He and his staff are toughly professional. His administrators are gracious and helpful.

I was a wreck going to my appointment at Bay Dental. I got dentures last July (at a different practice) and have had nothing but trouble and tears (that prosthodontist was unhelpful and unkind)! A friend highly recommended Bay Dental. I trusted her and made the appointment. I went in yesterday and could not believe how kind the staff was, and the office was very clean. Amanda took me back to Dr. Morningstar. He was very kind, compassionate and he listened to everything I had to say. Amanda was very compassionate as well. The two of them were an answer to my prayers. Dr. Morningstar put a plan together and I’ll return in two weeks to start the process. I couldn’t be happier about my decision to go to Bay Dental. I've been coming here for several years and never had any negative experiences. The ladies have always done good work as far as cleanings. I had a filling that was done without any issues. Everyone is generally pretty nice and friendly. Wait times in the lobby have never been long for me.

My first time to Bay Dental and by far the best. I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes early and filled out the paperwork. Immediately after completing it Sue the hygienist took me back. Sue is professional, attentive and the best hygienist I’ve ever had. My teeth are so much whiter. Almost looks like I bleached them. Dr Matt came in soon as Sue was finished to do the exam. We have been treated with consideration and respect by the entire staff- including the ladies who work up front, the dental assistants and the dentists. I loved the factory feel there, chairs lined up like an assembly line, entertaining to listen to the persons on either side of you talk about their teeth problems. You get the dentist that happens to be roaming in your area after your cleaning. The best is when the filling only lasted less than a year, poor workmanship!!

Dr. Waters made me feel very comfortable. Today was the first day I met her. She was straight forward and a true professional.

Dr. Waters is excellent! She is super friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable in her profession. I have been going to her for over 25 years and highly recommend her!!!

Dr. Morningstar and Amber were great with my 13 year old. My son gets a bit anxious going to the dentist and within moments he was at ease. I can’t say enough about how amazing the entire Staff is at Bay Dental. The orthodontic work he has received is outstanding!

The whole team is amazing! If I can’t get in to see my dentist I am good with any of the other dentists! Their hygienist are amazing and professional! If you need a great place that can even have you walk away with a permanent crown the same day then check out Bay Dental!

I’ve been hesitant to schedule a dental appointment for myself after a bad situation with a crown. My children have been going to Bay Dental for years now and love it, so I made myself an appointment. EVERYONE was amazing and my teeth looked really good after the appointment. I will return!! I had good and bad experiences, the bad was just what I decided to put myself through. Ha! Bay dental has excellent service and very empathetic. Their Avon Lake Dental Studio is also excellent! Dr. Andrews and his assistant Alecia is wonderful. I highly recommend both offices.

Everyone was very nice and professional, especially my hygienist, Carina!! She understood the need for great care as she worked on someone who had sensitive teeth, making it a pleasant experience. I was promptly seen after arrival. The only problem I had was trying to get through to make an appt.
