Our mother was cared for by Dr Yamada in Silver Cross Hospital. He proceeded to do a biopsy on her wound with very little explanation of what he was doing, making her very nervous. I attempted to speak with Dr. Yamada and asked that he be paged on two separate instances with no response. I then left a message on the office answering machine for results of her biopsy which was never returned as well. Wonderful doctor, thorough and caring.
