I can honestly tell you this women saved me from becoming addicted to pain pills I Have painful bladder syndrome and she introduced me to soboxnes and I've never asked for a larger dose nor did I ever run low on my meds because I have to take more. U know being in this field u see alot of people that are going to pain management and selling their pills because they have a drug problem and u could only imagine what she has come across and that's why she seems to be mean but she really isn't . I hope surgery goes well for her and she recovers fast , I've got to tell you about her husband also when I 1st met her at there office the pictures on the wall were COMPLETELY STUNNING her husband drew every last one of them omg he would mk some good money painting besides saving people's lives fixing there hearts he is a cardiologist very nice person like I said they deal with addicts who sell there meds and shabhana has had more then enough clinics that have od and died people will never understand what it does to a person that is believing you need pain meds and gets a call her patient has died that's where her attitude comes from it's NOT EASY being in her shoes .

Not satisfied with this doctor. I think the only positive star she gets is from doctors which are not patients. this doctor shared information of other patients,answered phone calls talked to other patients private business while in front of me. And was double charging my insurance, and phone visits. Also demanding me to pay a copay when I didn't have a copay..and wouldn't call imy nsurance to confirm. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..BEWARE

I’m leaving a review as a result of the pressure to do so by my doctor & physical therapists & with the hopes that I might save at least one person from the horrible experience that this bad doctor provides. I have had my fair share of horror stories in health care, but I can honestly say this is one of the worst. After playing phone tag with the office a bit, I finally got in touch directly with the doctor, who proceeded to tell me (very disrespectfully) that she can’t help me unless I’m prepared to pay upfront. I explained my situation briefly, stating that although I do have health insurance, all of my medical expenses are to be paid for by my legal settlement with the trucking company of the 18-wheeler that rear-ended me. She then laughed at me & said “okay, so who’s gonna pay the hospital or surgery center?! We don’t do that. Goodbye.” & promptly hung up on me before I could even get a word in edgewise. I was & am completely disgusted by the lack of respect -not just for a potential patient, but for human life, in general. I am truly grateful that I witnessed this hideous side of Shobhana Patodia because this is not the type of person I would like to be working on me while I’m under anesthesia. She is a disgrace to her own industry and somehow, still shameless. Their scheduling is a nightmare! Expect to be taken 2 hours later after your appointment time, to many times I went through this and I’m changing!!!

Horrible human who isnt even law abiding. When heard I had a work comp case closing, she presented me with a $13,781 bill, written on yellow notebook paper! Last I went to her she had all patients coming in every 2 weeks, reason being she doesnt fill out pre-authorization forms

So sweet and caring , always is concerned and really cares about her patients. Easy to talk to and really knows her stuff !

A horrible women who cares nothing for her patients, called me "lazy," when I didnt want to come to the hospital every two weeks to get pain medication. Truth is im a diabetic trying to stay alive, and not going to risk that so she can bleed a bit more from my insurance. Also she refuses to do pre-authorization forms, so you will be making many trips to the pharmacy, near as many as you will be to her office.

Do not to come her. She will have you sitting in her office all day long. She doesn't keep her appointments. She will leave the office and go eat her lunch while you are waiting. Unprofessional.

Very nice and pleasant she makes sure she takes care of all your concerns she's also very patient.

Dr. Patois is a great Pain management specialist. She listens to the patient's complaints and concerns and addresses each issue with grace and professionalism The staff is friendly and her office is welcoming.
