The staff helped me more than Dr. Vincent, I’m very surprised UT Hospital allows Dr. Vincent to practice there. I wouldn’t take my dog to see Dr. Vincent for he is very unprofessional and extremely disorganized. Nevertheless, I’ll find another infectious disease doctor if I ever need one.

My experience with Dr. Vincent was a positive one. He was very careful about the medications he prescribed for my disease due to my small size. He explained everything very well and listened to my concerns. It is rare to find a doctor who tells you to call him right away if you have trouble with the meds. I wish he would come back from wherever he went in Africa. Definitely five stars! Irene

I called to make an appointment,the doctor actually answered the phone.I was thinking..that's different,a good difference.I was a little nervous, but I went with an open mind,his family took my vitals,actually better than my pcp's staff. I know medicine is a business.I thought what's wrong with a family business? I am very pleased and greatfull for Dr.Vincent and his staff!

I have never seen such an unprofessional dr. Everything from making an appointment to visiting the office is a disaster. When confirming my appointment, I was hung up on. Upon arrival, his children were his staff, and didn't even acknowledge me when I went to check in. When I asked why I was hung up on, the son told me he dad told him. When I mentioned this to the dr, he lied and said his son was playing a video game and not having a conversation. I was handed my charts and shown the door.

He complains about patients who have betrayed him by leaving for better, more able and compassionate doctors. Gets angry easily, displays classic persecution disorder symptoms. Good at treatment of a single disease, but doesn't do well when confronted with the complexity of multiple conditions.
