I always have an awesome experience when seeing Dr. Ulrich and his staff. His experience and passion for his job made me feel comfortable with him. Dr. Ulrich answered all my questions regarding TKR surgery. He took his time to explain the process and what to expect after surgery. Dr. Ulrich and his staff are very professional and responsive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR YOUR CARE !!!!!

Excellent

We were able to get an appointment right away. The office staff and nurse were kind and professional. The doctor was professional and attentive. He explained the procedure to my husband. We were so pleased with the entire staff.

Everyone I encountered during my visit made me feel like they were there for me & my care personally.

The staff was friendly and efficient and the physician was top notch.

Dr. Ulrich was very concerned over my knee and back pain. He suggested I get an X-ray and after a review he is ordering an MRI. His professional help on my back and knee was outstanding and very helpful.

I went to Dr. Ulrich for a problem with my knee. He listened to my symtoms and asked questions relating to pain and mobility. After reviewing my x-rays and talking to me, he came up with a plan to help correction my problems. I was very pleased with his assistance.

He did both my hips and is an excellent surgeon. If you have the chance to have him do your surgery, be glad!!

Had a great check up. He was very concerned with how I was doing and explained my x-rays to me. Informed me he would do a flow up check in 5 years but if any problems before do not hesitate to call him back. Could not have a better doctor and did a great job 5 years ago replacing my hip.

The front desk employees are very courteous and friendly. They greeted me as soon as my husband and I entered the premises. Dr. Ulrich answered all of our questions and explained my condition in ways that we could understand.

My experience with Midlands has been wonderful. My surgeon (Dr. Ulrich) performed a challenging surgery with skill and precision. The clinical and administrative staff are friendly, professional, and eager to help. I feel better than I’ve felt in years.

Follow up for bursitis pain in hips. Discussed treatment plan and will see him in 6 weeks. Dr. Ulrick answered my questions which was very helpful while dealing with this diagnosis.

Appointment was kept as scheduled. Was out of the office 30 minutes after scheduled time. Dr. Ulrich's questions and diagnostics were very professional. Gave me honest information and recommendations for my treatment.

Dr. Ulrich was graceful and compassionate. He took time to listen then he assessed and reviewed the plans. Bedside manners were awesome plus he took time for me to ask him questions about him. I truly recommend him for care.

Dr. Ulrich is top notch in my book. He performed hip replacement for me in 2020, and now is treating my right degenerative knee. He is always on schedule and has seen me quickly for an unscheduled medical need. Very polite and as they say, he has great "bedside manners" as a surgical physician.

Had hip replacement, done by Dr Ulrich . Instant pain relief!! Absolutely no pain afterwards! He did an awesome job ,&has my complete trust and recommdations

Dr Ulrich replaced my right hip two years ago. I had no problems whatsoever. He us a very skilled and caring doctor. He also replaced my wife's right hip 4 months ago and she has had no problems. You are making a big mistake if you need hip or knee replacement and and don't let Dr Ulrich do it.

I saw Dr. Ulrick in the Orthopaedic Clinic on a Friday evening. He is a very compassionate doctor who takes time to understand your issue. I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone needing a Orthopaedic Doctor!

Dr Ulrich/Nikki and his staff has done a Great job with my arthritis issue/a along with my right hip replacement. They’re very compassionate about your Health and they get the job done. Will be doing left hip replacement in 2022.

I've been going to Dr Ulrich for almost 4 years he did a Knee Replacement on my left knee in 2018 I feel like a different person, when I thanked him for it his words to me were "thank yourself even though the surgery was successful it was up to me to do what I was suppose to do for it to heal" and that's obeying the Physical Therapist. I'm having trouble with my right knee. He's treating me for it. Everyone in the office makes me feel like I'm the only patient so much respect. Dr Ulrich listens to me. I'm sure that all he's patients get treated the same Way. May God continue to Bless that whole office. Dr.Ulrich has not shown up for two scheduled appointments that I had with him . He seems aloof and not very caring when he does see me . He has a strong european accent that makes it difficult to understand what he is saying to me .Surgery is the only word that he can correctly and clearly pronounce.

Dr Ulrich was fantastic! He replaced my right knee and followed me every step of the way. It has been two years now and my knee is better than it has ever been. I highly recommend this capable doctor who stays on the cutting edge of technology and is one of a few doctors in this area who does robotic surgery.

Fantastic! He was so caring and truthful. He carefully explained the risks (I was 80) and made me aware of exactly what the surgery would entail. There were no surprises. I did great and am so glad I chose him to be my doctor.

I was told one thing, and my record showed another thing. This held up my hip replacement. I would not recommend him to anyone.

The walking clinic from 5-7 is awesome, I didn't have to wait long I was in and out in less than an hour. I was seen by Dr. Ulrich, he was very nice and attentive.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my surgery, Dr. Ulrich and his assistant, Nikki, were very professional, compassionate. Returned phone calls immediately, addressed my needs or concerns promptly, excellent service. Our experience with Midlands Ortho has been excellent. Our first appt was in Lexington and they referred us to Dr Ulrich. The girls at front desk could see how much pain Clyde was having and made extra efforts to get appt asap. Appts at NE were always on time and girls were friendly and helpful. Most often Nicki was our link to the office and she was always kind, knowledgable, and efficient. Dr Ulrich did a fantastic job with Clyde's knee replacement. We are very thankful we were referred to him as we didn't know any of the orthopedists. On Saturday evening after surgery on Monday we had several concerns so I called. In 20 minutes I spoke with answering service, Dr Blackman called me and was very kind and answering service checked back to see if Dr had called. I was quite impressed! Thanks to all at NE office, Providence NE and Dr Ulrich.

Dr Ulrich replaced both my hips about 4 months apart! He is a highly skilled surgeon and I would recommend him to anyone who needs to have hip replacement surgery done!

Wouldn’t see anyone else

I saw Dr. Ulrich about my knees. He was kind, thorough and did not rush me. I will be going back for him to take care of any other areas that i have trouble with. He is very humble...I really was impressed with his manner and his knowledge.

He seemed like he was hurried. I felt like a number to get in and out as quickly as possible. Not many questions asked and no follow up was given. Overall, I am somewhat disappointed. However, maybe it was just one of those days for him.
