During a ablation procedure Dr Vasaiwala nicked a artery causing great pain and bruising in my groin . During a ablation procedure a artery was nicked . One week after the Procedure I ended up in the emergency room with severe leg pain and bruising. I spent several weeks in pain and three additional ER visits and. 5 day stay at the hospital. There was never any follow up from Dr Vasaiwala. He just doesn’t care. Then canceled my one month follow up appointment one day before.

Wonderful doctor. He listens to his patients and really makes both patient and family members comfortable!

Best cardiologist ever. Super smart and very skilled. He knew exactly how to deal with my situation. If you have a rhythm condition and need an ablation, this is the doctor to see

I was unhappy with my doctor so I met with Dr. Vasaiwala who immediately prescribed a different course of action for my Afib. I had problems tolerating the medicines as it was making me sleepy, so we did the ablation process. It turned out great. 6 months now without any issues. Dr. Vasaiwala was extremely informative and I felt like he genuinely cared about me. Would highly recommend him.

Just a great physician period. If you have a heart rhythm problem, go see him. Her explains everything so clearly and puts you at ease. Amazing bedside manner.

I was receiving several shocks from my defibrillator. this doctor saved me from getting a heart transplant by doing a complex ablation procedure. He is very well liked and respected by the staff there at Loyola and I wasn't surprised. Would highly recommend him and his team.

I went in for an initial visit with the doctor; he did not seem concerned with my condition.He did order a two week monitor for my heart. I had an appointment with my PC and he asked me about my test results; I told him I never heard back from Dr. V.. My PC found out my test results and insisted I needed to get back with Dr. V. I was told by the doctor that he would not help me. I found out from my PC that the doctor's records of my visit did not match my version. I have witnesses to this.

My first ablation was stopped half-way through when heart sac was punctured by a new, test catheter. I was not told for 90 days the full extent of this until my family doctor with the same hospital read the details during a follow-up visit. I massively hemorrhaged, flat-lined but never had this explained to me completely. The second ablation also had an incident whereby a lymph gland was punctured and drained extensively for a week. It was essentially ignored. Told I was one for the books.
