Easy to setup and have a short consult ($70), but after 5+ calls and emails in the week following the appointment, I have been unable to receive any response from their office (I have been trying to request a copy of the consult notes). Their voicemail box is also full – quite unprofessional. edit: Their office was coincidentally closed the week I tried to contact them. They fulfilled my request promptly once they returned. Recommended to change their voicemail greeting when the office is closed for vacation. This is the first time in my entire existence that I seen a provider so uncaring for his patients. Greed is written all over his face. Terrible work , I don't recommend this orthodontics to anyone. All those great reviews, it must be from his staff. If you need orthodontic work looks else where, terrible place horrible dentist. He should be reviewed by the American Dental Association. I learned my lesson when I was told that this should be the last place to schedule an appointment for braces. So many complaints by patients, I don't understand how this place is still open. If you have a complaint , I encourage you to speak up. This will help a lot of people and save them hard earned money. Dr Ostrer is incredibly talented and dedicated to the best possible outcome for the patient. She's just the best!

Remarkable doctor with tremendously helpful staff. This is how a dental office should run and treat its clients. they make visits there stress free. And thank you Dr.Ostrer for taking time to educate me on gum disease. She answers all questions & concerns with patience and detail. She is a perfectionist and she takes great care of her patients. Dr Sofia is extremely professional and welcoming. She truly guides the patient into the complex process of surgeries and procedures calming down the nervousness of the whole thing. The fear of dentists and procedures in general are dealt with in a very gentle and professional manner by herself and her assistants. Love it there! Two thumbs up!
