We have bad experience with the front desk girl, she will mute or hung up the phone on you, not helpful. The office don't ever call or follow up with patients after receiving bad test results from the lab (way out of normal charts). We had to self checking for lab test results and set up appointment with doctor. They don't follow with patient's health status, don't review test results (were requested by doctor Son Le) unless you ask for. We have bad experience with doctor and office services, they don't ever call or follow up with patients after receiving bad test results from the lab (way out of normal charts). We had to self checking for lab test results and set up appointment with doctor. They don't follow with patient's health status, don't review test results (were requested by doctor Son Le) unless you ask for. Dr. Son T. Le has been PCP for a few years now. Since my first visit to now I can confidently state that my health has improved under his care and guidance. Dr. Le listened to my concerns, proceeded with medical, and provided me with a comprehensive medical-based path to resolve or stabilize my medical issues. Dr. Le is an asset to his field of practice and to our community.

I have been going to this office in the last few years and I really like Dr Son's care. The reception experience in the front office may change from time to time, but the doctor's care has always been the same and great. I always feel Dr Son has the patients' interest in his mind when he sees me and I also hear the same from others around me. I've never seen Dr Son rushed through the examination to get to the next patients like other offices that I've been through. Most of my issues are revolved within the first visit. The reception experience in the front office may change from time to time, but the doctor's care has always been the same and great. I always feel Dr Son has the patients' interest in his mind when he sees me and I also hear the same from others around me. I finally found a doctor who listens, cares and don't assume. After 6 1/2 years after TBI I found out today I also have optic nerve damage. Dr. Le is caring and is willing to work with me and with other specialists doctors; since, I am an enigma of a case after my accident. Thus, modern medicine treatments are prohibited to me due to catastrophe brain, head, vision, jaws and spine injuries, leading to 100% intolerances of foods and everything else.

Dr. Son Le has been my family physician for over 15 years. He listens and cares about his patients heath being. If I have any health questions or concerns that he is unsure he would order lab works to find possible cause instead of assuming. If necessary he would refer to a specialist to get check up to make sure no serious illness.
