Dr. Soni S Carlton

Not a good experience. Felt like just another number coming through. Not much personality. Felt like I did most of the talking and the doctor just listened, that was it. I like a lot of feedback from the doctor because they're supposed to be knowledgeable. Bottom line "bedside manner" means the world to the patient because if you have a really good smiling outgoing personality then it helps to make the patient feel like they're important and worthy of their time. One word: Cold. Won't be back.

Dr. Carlton did a great job removing my mole

Dr. Carlton has been my dermatologist for several years. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable & caring. Takes time, not only to explain things to her patients, but to listen to any & all concerns they may have. She's very professional & very thorough. If there's an issue w/ your skin that you've missed, she'll find it & take care of it. Top it all off with a warm smile & a winning personality! Exam rooms are always spotless & you won't find a nicer staff anywhere else! Highly recommended!

Dr. Carlton is truly a delightful person. She has been my doctor for many years and I recommend her highly.
