Dr. Carbonell has continued to assist me when others have "given up or dropped me". When a patient has chronic pain & other severe physical as well as mental illnesses, it is difficult to connect to that patient in a meaningful and helpful way. Dr. C uses a variety of techniques to MAKE PROGRESS HAPPEN. (I would ignore any & all negative views. )

What an amazing Colombian woman. Tough as nails, wise, compassionate, educated, experienced, attractive, and cultured. This is a person who could have taken on any profession and reached the heights of success yet chose therapy, and works out of a modest office. I only saw Dr. Carbonell three or four times and instead chose a therapist of lesser capability. I wasn't ready for a real therapist. When I am, and if I need one, it will be here that contact. It's like she knows everything.

Even though a family member - my daughter - has been seeing Dr. Carbonell for just a few months, I can see that she is the FIRST therapist that actually knows how to formulate an exact plan for/with my daughter and to continue to work with my daughter toward success. The techniques that Dr. Carbonell uses and my daughter shares with me are different than any other counselor or therapist my daughter has ever seen over the course of over 30 years. Without a doubt, she trusts Dr. C. completely.
