Dr Kwon wasted my time. She sent me for PT for 3 months and then moved out of town! She did no diagnostic testing! Just gave me an outdated list of PT offices and said come back in 3 months! What a waste of time! Office personnel were unprofessional!

I saw Dr Kwon in recently at her New York office, she was kind, patient and empathetic and extremely helpful. I was able to schedule an appointment with her straight away and she followed up after the appointment like she said she would.

Dr. Kwon is a wonderful physician and surgeon. I am very grateful for her care. I had urinary incontinence for many years. I was embarrassed, had issues with feeling and acting feminine and could get very discouraged when the problem was exacerbated. Dr. Kwon did more than surgery, she required pelvic physical therapy that gave me better muscle tone and exercises that I still use. Her surgical procedure left me with no leaking, no heaviness and most important; no fear of intimacy!

After a whole year, which felt like an eternity, with urinary incontinence, I was recommended to Dr. Kwon. From the first visit she made me feel like a new woman! She's very direct and to the point, but also takes her time and make sure you leave understanding what was explained. She did mu surgery, and I have to say, I am 110% satisfied with outcome. I have not one complaint!

I know less about my condition after this appointment, in fact I know nothing. She cut me off. She would not listen! She refused to discuss my diagnosis with me. She does not listen or explain results of tests. Her quote about listening is of the outmost importance is such a lie! Terribly disappointing! I would expect so much more from a Rush doctor! Now I have to go to another doctor to find out what is going on with my body. This was a surgical consult she did nothing! Do NOT see her!

Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Dr Kwon didn't listen to me and what I had to say about my own body. She had already decided what she wanted to diagnose me with before I could even go through all my symptoms. Her diagnosis was competely wrong and I have since been cured from another doctor for an infection she did not acknowledge which is completely within her area of practice.

No doubt at all, this doc knows her stuff. But you'll have to play 20 questions with her to get the info you need. She's decided what she wants you to do, she tells you and then moves on to the next patient. I was already in the parking lot before I realized we hadn't talked about whether I should switch off meds that weren't really working. The staff and intake are great. But Dr. Kwon would be better in situations (like the emergency room, say) where dialog with the patient isn't required
