The staff are sociable, kind and know thier duty

Dr Olugbile is very kind and attentive. He explains things very well and answers your question in great detail.

The person who issues the visitor’s pass is very inconsiderate. My daughter who came all the way from New Hampshire would like to say bye cannot even come up because she was early. She has to cancel her morning patients because visiting hours start at 10 AM

They have some of the kindest people in te infusion center. They alqays make me feel comfortable when im there and put my mind at ease

Dr is friendly, prompt, explains all procedures, and is forthright.

Staff members are very friendly and helpful, you feel right at home. I felt welcome from the Valet parking attendants all the way into the building. The secretaries respect your privacy. The building is clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

The wait was short and staff is friendly.

Dr. Olugbile is a very mild-mannered professional, who answered all of my questions and concerns. He was on time for my appointment which I really appreciated. I would recommend him to others.

He is an excellent doctor, kind, considerate and understanding. So grateful he is my doctor. Office is always ready to make convenient appointments and helpful in every way.

the center and all of the associates from doctor to staff including the valet were to the person kind considerate and professional it is rare in any business to be treated this well by so many people under one roof. thankyou for treating me with dignity .

Dr. Olugbile has a very professional and caring manner. He thoroughly explained to me a new condition that has recently developed. Dr. Olugbile is also kind and reassuring He patiently and calmly answered all the questions- from a new and nervous patient. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Olugbile made me very comfortable and at ease during my visit.

Dr. Olugbile was in charge of the chemo portion of my throat cancer treatment. First off, you will never find a more caring doctor than Dr. Olugbile, at any institution, period. I was very nervous about getting chemo because some of the other doctors at HHG wanted me to have radiation only, and didn't want me to have chemo because it is tough on kidneys, ( I only have one kidney). But Dr. Olugbile convinced me that radiation is so much more effective when coupled with chemo, and he assured me he would "take care of my kidney", which he did by giving me saline infusions five days a week to flush out the chemo. The cancer is gone, and my kidney is fine, thanks in large part to Dr. Olugbile's diligence. Dr. Olugbile was in charge of the chemo portion of my throat cancer treatment. Dr. Olugbile, He is a very good doctor, He quickly diagnosed my dad's condition and when his prognosis was terminal, he provided us with the best care and support possible.

Dr. Olugbile is a wonderful asset to the Oncology Associates He was able to quickly identify the type of leukemia my husband. He rapidly sent him for treatment, and was there through all the twists and turns during this difficult times of Covid-19 and cancer treatments. Dr. Olugbile is a fantastic physician!!! At my first appointment I realized I lucked out with being assigned this doctor. I was referred elsewhere and told my doctor I wanted to go to a Hartford Healthcare Hematologist. I consider him "my doctor" now. He was very straightforward and explained things on a level that gave me then full understanding of what was going on in my body and a plan of action. He even drew me a picture to illustrate the problem. When I had my first infusion he came to check in when he saw me waiting on the hallway amongst several other people. I was shocked he remembered me after 1 previous meeting. I mentioned it to one of the nurses and she smiled and said, "He is the best. You have a great doctor". Dr Olugbile is a thorough, personable Dr who seems to enjoy teaching as he answers my questions, which he listens to carefully. I was impressed with his professional, friendly bedside manner and would recommend him to anyone in need of a good hematologist.
