I originally had an appt. With Dr. Elmore at a different office 15 minutes from my home, but had to reschedule because he won't be in network after March. I could only get an appt. in O'Fallon, which is an hour from my house. I scheduled it for March 8th. On the 6th, I got a call confirming my appt. on the 9th. I should have questioned it but I figured I got it wrong so I rearranged several appointments I had on the 9th to accommodate this one. I got all the way there today, the 9th, and they said "No your appointment was yesterday." I told them the situation and they said they could not work me in. They said I would have to reschedule. No thanks. I will never set foot in this office again. I shouldn't have to drive an hour out of my way for absolutely no reason and not even have them try to work with me when it was their mistake.

I needed a root canal done at 35 weeks pregnant and I was absolutely terrified. The staff at this location is wonderful. Dr. Elmore did my root canal and I didn't feel one ounce of discomfort or pain. He completed the procedure quickly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The assistant that helped him did an amazing job and kept talking to me to keep my mind at ease. Thank you to the entire staff for taking care of my issue and fears.

Wonderful staff, Tracy and Bri, answered all questions patiently. Had my first consultation with Dr. Elmore and he was amazing. If you need a root canal, this is the place to go!

I can not say enough good things about this place. I was worried getting my first root canal. I can honestly say I felt no discomfort at all in my visit. Visit was more pleasant than a regular dental cleaning. Dr. Elmore and his staff are very friendly and professional.

Such a great experience. My first root canal 10 years ago was god awful so i pushed off going and when i got referred to go to dr elmore, i was still nervous but the assistant make me feel so much more comfortable after 45 minutes it was over and i left with just numbness, not even sore. I couldn’t of asked for a better 2nd experience. & they called to check up on me which was so kind. Can’t say enough nice things. Thank you!!! Such a great experience. Great experience here! The support staff went above and beyond to work with my insurance company, and Dr. Elmore and his assistant were quick, efficient, and super friendly. Root canals are NEVER fun but when you can be in and out in 30 minutes it makes it a lot more tolerable!

They did the exact same thing to us as they did the other reviewer on here. I do not recommend this place unless you want an unexpected bill for over $300 dollars after you’ve already paid them. They called us before and told us how much they would charge us after talking to our insurance. We paid that. We didn’t shop around because we thought it was a reasonable price. Over a month later we get a bill for an ADDITIONAL 300 dollars. When I called all they could say is they messed up and “misquoted” us. Told us they’d turn it into collections if we didn’t pay. We definitely would have called other places if we knew it was going to cost us over 500 with insurance (this is after we just paid 400 for a crown). Absolutely poor customer service and horrible office management. They did the exact same thing to us as they did the other reviewer on here. I do not recommend this place unless you want an unexpected bill for over $300 dollars after you’ve already paid them. They called us before and told us how much they would charge us after talking to our insurance. We paid that. We didn’t shop around because we thought it was a reasonable price. First let me say that i am not the type to ever write reviews either good or bad. But after being flat out lied to about my billing i couldn't let this stand. I was told my they contacted my insurance co . And they would provide 60% coverage. After contacting the insurance company come to find out they have a recorded conversation of the call and at no time was coverage ever explained or gone over. After being told they said they contacted the insurance and they would cover that amount they said now that they aren't covering it and it's ultimately my responsibility. Had i known i was being lied to about coverage i never would have had the work done. Granted the dental work seems to be fine please be leary of what your being explained and stay away if possible. Dr. Elmore is AMAZING!!! I send everyone his way that needs a root canal because they always tell me they didn't feel a THING!

Hands down Dr. Elmore is the BEST dentist I've ever been to. He's extremely gentle, thorough and takes his time. Aside from all that...he's smokin' hot! Very sweet young man! His office is beautiful, office staff are friendly and they were able to fit me in immediately for a root canal.

I was in alot of pain and told by my general dentist that I would need to see and endodontist for a root canal. I was referred to Dr. Elmore. His front desk worked me in the same day (even though I'm sure they already had a full schedule, she understood I was in pain and did whatever she had to make sure I would be taken care of asap ). When I was taken back to the treatment room, Dr. Elmore and his assistant were not only friendly and put me at ease, but they were EFFICIENT, I could tell they knew what they were doing, and that they must have been working together for awhile, because it was like they were communicating with out even talking! Honestly, THE BEST experience I've had when it comes to dental treatment, let alone "the dreaded root canal!" I would absolutely recommend anyone that needs endo treatment to go see Dr. Elmore and his staff! My experience with Dr. Elmore was contrary to all that I had heard about having a root canal! He made sure I was comfortable and that I understood the procedure before we began. Through this procedure, he relieved the terrible pain that I had been experiencing. He called me later that night to see how I was feeling. That's the kind of experience you can only hope for when going visit your dentist!
