Dr. M was a poor listener and very general in his descriptions. We had a bad experience with him and he was quite rude when we questioned his vagueness. He assumed we should have known things being a patient in the medical field, but one should not assume things. He wanted nothing but to move on to the next patient and really should take an extra minute or two to listen and evaluate. We had him replaced and we were very happy moving past his services. Beware!
