Dr Muppidi is a wonderful doctor. He manages my rare neuromuscular disease with such care and compassion and is always on the lookout for new treatments for me. He listens intently and supports me in so many ways. I don't know what I would do without him. You can't go wrong having him as a doctor, you'll want him on your side. Thank you Dr. Muppidi for everything you've done for me, I can't think of anyone better to help me manage this horrible disease.
My husband’s doctor is fabulous. We feel lucky to have him. He is kind, intelligent, knowledgeable and responsive. We cannot recommend him enough.
Dr Muppidi found things that my neurologist couldn't find, recommended corrective action and did so so fairly quickly and in a very pleasant fashion. Really good.
The DOCTOR was great. I had been referred to him incorrectly and he handled it very, very well! I got to see a specialist in NMO (NeuroMyelitis Optica) just three hours later. The lobby staff were great too. But ZERO STARS for the new patient intake staff who wouldn't listen when I told them (days earlier) that I'd been assigned to the wrong doctor. Also ZERO STARS for the staff who (lost the authorization approval my PCP doctor's office had faxed them along with the appointment request and) told me they were going to cancel my appointment because there was no authorization from my insurance! ORIGINAL REVIEW: (was 4 stars) Fingers crossed. I've been referred to him, but I don't understand why. I have the MOG variant of NMO and he's not an NMO specialist at all, though there are NMO specialists at Stanford. Hopefully I'm the only one that's very confused. Will update after my appointment. Getting a hold of someone about neurology office appointments has been an exercise in extreme futility, but that's not MD M's fault! The DOCTOR was great.
