He was very kind, concerned, knowledgeable, and professional in person. However, in his notes, he was very dismissive of my severe, non-hematological issues and crossed a line when he discussed my case with other providers without my knowledge (I would not even mind it had he just asked me first!) I understand that I'm a rather medically complex patient, but that does not permit gaslighting or privacy violations. That being said, I have complete confidence in his abilities for more cut and dry cases.
