Dr Gill is very thorough and takes the time to address any and all concerns

Dr. Gill explained results of my test clearly and easy to understand. She takes her time to listen, answer questions, and concerns. I’m very pleased with my visit with her.

Dr Gill is ok. Only visit for the supposed free Medicare wellness exam. Always get billed $109 for exam. Billing won’t explain. Tried using patient portal for prescriptions and they never get back to me. Staff is rude, does not return phone calls, they leave voice messages on lab results advising you to take something you are allergic to. And do not respond to calls. Dr Gill never even touched me on any visit.

Glued to her computer during visits, hardly saying a word. Over 2+ years she never once touched me, no physical exams at all. Issues important to me were not of interest to her. Definitely not a supportive person. Felt I was just another body on her assembly line. I’ve moved on to another doctor.

Dr. Gill is very temperamental. Because I was unaware that she had had some medical issues and I stated that I had a difficult time getting an appointment with her she just went off on me. Yelling, etc. I had to just walk out. Never had this kind of experience before with any professional. She may be a good doctor but just don't cross her or ask any questions.

I would like to make it known that I have no problem with Dr. Gill. She is a good doctor. Her office staff on the other hand are unbearable. They are by far the rudest people I've ever met. I had recently moved and requested my file to switch to a doctor closer to me, but boy did that upset them. I got an earful and was told that they are glad that I'm leaving and pretty much kicked me out the door. Sorry, Dr. Gill, but your staff needs a little education in customer service.
