Excellent doctor!

Dr. Miles is an excellent dermatologist who cares for her patients and their health. I don't give recommendations lightly but highly recommend Dr. Miles due to her knowledge, her bedside manner and how she truly keeps your health as her top priority. I have been going to her for years now, and have recommended her to several others, all whom are very pleased with her care.

This is my 2nd visit with Dr Miles and she and her staff are very thoughtful. Dr Miles is very gentle doing procedures that can be uncomfortable. Thank you all.

Dr Miles is so great. She did not hesitate and had skin problem addressed within five minutes.

It was at least 10 years ago a friend told me Dr Stacia Miles was the best Dermatologist he ever met, I started to visit her for all my needs in skin care. She is always attentive to all details looking into my situation and gave me perfect care.. Last year I moved from Austin to San Antonio. I still drive over 90 miles one way to seek for her care. She is definitely a doctor perfect for people to rely on.

BAD experience!! Had to wait for 30 min even after the appointment and Dr doesn’t listen to your concerns and Was in a hurry to end the appointment. Dr Miles saw me for 5 min and didn’t even call in the prescriptions. I had to call multiple times to get my prescription in. After that medications were missing and some were not called in. The Dr wouldn’t call the pharmacy for authorization. Finally got the prescription 1 month after the day of visit. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DONOT RECOMMENDED DR MILES!!! BAD experience!! Entry to the ADC - Westlake was efficient, clear instructions, etc. Dr. Miles was very efficient. This was a follow-up visit and I had no ongoing issues.

ADC physicians are the go-to docs for both my wife and me. As a Type 1 diabetic, I rely on Dr. Paul Moore for endocrinology, and Dr. Richard DeBehnke for internal medicine. Dr. DeBehnke referred me to Dr. Miles for a skin check (growing up in the 60s in Central Texas did not include sunscreen, so consequently my skin has sun damage that warrants keeping a close eye for skin cancer). Dr. Miles was exceedingly warm and gracious, taking plenty of time to explain what she was looking for, and what I myself should look for in the future. Dr. Miles was quick and efficient. She answered all my questions knowledgeably. I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment or for the doctor to see me. I will definitely be back for future concerns and I have already recommended her services to a couple friends.

I took my 13 yo son to Dr. Miles to treat his acne problem. He had tried OTC treatments but they didn’t seem to help much. She prescribed a topical medication that has already shown improvement in less than a week! I would highly recommend her! She is very professional, knowledgeable and personable.

Dr. Miles is one of the nicest doctors that I have ever had. She takes her time to listen and makes sure she addresses all my concerns. She is a very knowledgeable, pleasant, caring person.

Dr. Miles has been my Dermatologist since I was diagnosed with Melanoma over 10 years ago in another State. She is very thorough, and recently identified and removed another pre-malignant mole last year. She has an engaging personality and always makes me feel comfortable. I literally trust her with my life.

I have been her patient for seven years now and can certifiably say that she is one of the best dermatologists I have ever had. I first went to her for a routine skin cancer check and was surprised at how thorough she was. She not only checked for cancer, but she also surgically removed a growth from my eyelid which countless other dermatologists would not touch. She also diagnosed and prescribed medication for my face. After 50 years of suffering from a bad complexion, my face is finally clear. In addition, she always removes unwanted skin tabs whenever I visit. Last but not least, Dr. Miles is very quick, efficient, and personable. I saw Dr. Miles last week for the first time, as she came recommended by my insurance company, which can be hit or miss. This was a big HIT! I have been to many other dermatologists due to my sensitive skin, and family history of skin cancer, and have had mixed feelings about several of them. But Dr Miles is awesome! She's super down to earth, and friendly, and answered all of my questions with more detail than most doctors give. (She didn't try to talk me into any cosmetic surgery like some local dermatologists will do.) All in all, I felt like I got a very thorough skin cancer screening, and felt totally heard and seen.
