After waiting 3.5 months to get an appointment, and traveling over an hour through 7 am freeway traffic, slowed by an accident, I arrived 20 minutes late and was refused check-in. Scripps bases its reputation on high concern for patient welfare but the reality is quite different. No inquiries about the circumstances, or whether I'd wait in the area to be squeezed in later, or even help to find another provider - just a disrespectful turn away. My previous appointment with this provider over a year ago had been hurried and dismissive. Sorry I waited months for a second appointment; a waste of valuable time. I'll seek professional services elsewhere.
