I have never met a more knowledgeable doctor who is aldo kind, empathetic, willing to listen and answer questions. He spends much more time with you during your visit than any doctor you're likely to find in the healthcare industry today and he is always willing to go the extra mile and make phone calls to find an answer for you if he doesn't have one. And as an added bonus, he actually returned his phone calls personally and usually within the same day or at the very least the next. He is a true gem and what is a failing Health Care industry I have never met a more knowledgeable doctor who is aldo kind, empathetic, willing to listen and answer questions. I had an appointment to start my allergy treatments for the season they were completely backed up and understaffed.I waited over an hour just to be told they were out of that medication and that I would need to reschedule. My day was wasted, Normally this wouldn't be such a big deal, but parking is limited and my major concern was getting a ticket due to an expired meter. It didn't help that the two receptionist for that department are completely rude and lack your basic customer service skills.
