Dr. Shama was very thorough in diagnosing my issue and providing plan of action. Follow-up visit scheduled.

Would rather give a negative number but it isn’t an option. A simple blister ended up as a bone infection and amputation.

My husband has been to the office quite a few times and they were helpful and was great. My complaint is my wife called and made an appointment for 1-9-2020 she has been in a lot of pain in her foot for more than a month and can hardly walk. The office called on 1-7-2020 at 4:50 p.m. to tell her they don't take our insurance. I was very upset because it took them 2 weeks to find out about the insurance way didn't they call early because they knew she was a new patient. Now she has to wait almost another 2 weeks to see another Doctor that we have never seen before. I was very disappointed because these doctors are really good but I think the receptionist handle this poorly. Thank You for your time and trouble.

He was always very kind and gentle. He explained what he was doing. I have the utmost confidence in him. I called him when I was out of the state and he helped me. That’s above and beyond

Was seen in this office in March 2017. Front desk person did not know how much to charge me based on my insurance so guestimated. After claim was paid, there was a refund due me. I have contacted this office many, many times to request it but most days nobody answers. Spoke to Betsy several weeks ago who told me my refund would be there in the next 5 days. Still have not received my refund. Advised I will contact BBB, AMA and Channel 8 if need be. This is just ridiculous to take this long!

Maybe he is skilled but he does not have communication skills. Hates to be asked questions. Seems rushed and bothered to see you. Offices very handicapped inaccessible and staff unfriendly.

I wish the Internet was around 1990 when I saw Dr. Shama. He treated my right big toe which had an ingrown toenail. He asked me how my left big toe was. I said fine. He then took a file and lifted the perimeter between the left toe and the skin underneath in a scraping motion for unknown reasons. When I questioned why he did this painful move, he could not answer. Within a year I had a new ingrown toenail on my left big toe, & a reoccurring one on the right big toe. Now he's on my new insurance
