I disagree with the bad reviews. Doctor and staff were kind, fast, and took me seriously. Listened to my concerns and treating me accordingly after several terrible experience with my search for Primary care. I guess you can’t please everyone, but I had a wonderful experience.

I like this doctor, office and staff. polite and prompt. typically in and out with great communication.

Worst doctor ever. They would not schedule an appointment with me though I was sick due to a missed appointment in 2019 due to an emergency. I would not go to this practice if my life depended on it. Don't waist your time. I've been a patient of Dr.Nomoff for over 9 months and I've Never seen the guy for any of my appointments even with my current back procedures being done. Staff is incompetent, talked to the receptionist Tuesday with All the information for a referral because I'm out of state in extreme pain, call them back Thursday to find out they never even put in the referral. Then the receptionist who's Job it is to Make the referrals says to me "I see all the notes in the doctor's chart for a Dr. Dec, but we weren't sure if that's who you wanted to be referred to" Really?!?! NOOOOO, I just called and Gave you all the information of the doctor's office near me for No Reason!! What happened to their moto "Caring for our patients"! Don't waist your time. I am rating Dr. Stephane Naoumoff and, he alone. He was very rude and judgmental. He listened to parts of what I said and put those parts in my file. This was my first appointment and first time seeing Dr. Naoumoff so, there was no reason to be treated the way I was treated. Several of my medical conditions were omitted from my file including a heart condition, which could lead to serious consequences for me down the line. The rest of the staff was pleasant and, I truly wish they were with a better doctor. I could deal with the attitude but, due to Dr. Naoumoff's failure to correctly do his job, I will be finding a new physician, IMMEDIATELY!

This was the worst medical experience of my life. I was scratched by a wild cat . He misdiagnosed me twice. He told me I had a rotater cuff injury. He actually made an appointment for with an orthopedic doctor. After a few days I was rushed to the hospital and was septic. I almost died that night. I spent 41 days in the hospital. It feels as if the doctor is not listening to all of my concerns and symptoms, will probably seek another doctor that is more personable.

Dr. Naoumoff is amazing!!! He does not rush through your appointment. I am with him for 30 minutes or more if needed. He is personable, polite, and caring. His office staff has always been friendly. I don't have one bad thing to say about his practice. I am very thankful I found Dr. Naoumoff's office!!!

Dr. Naoumoff himself is a delightful man. His front office staff and office manager are beyond rude to patients. They are untrained in HIPPA laws, do not follow proper insurance contract billing as well as talking bad about other patients while others are around. Turn around time for results took weeks.

Met with PAC Marcie...excellent bedside manner, very thorough and answered all concerns! Dr Naumoff cares about my health. Treats me for PTSD and ADD. He tries to find the right medication to help me and cares about my problem. Get to see him when I have other health problems also. Staff is very kind and efficient.

Stand up doctor that says things like it is. For the engineer that I am that values honesty, it works for me. The whole staff is always friendly to me and the interactions I have whitnessed with others would suggest they are as friendly to others. His recently renovated office is the icing on the cake!

I am a new patient with this Doctor. I am impressed with his staff. I have not met the doctor yet but I feel that I am getting good care with his assistants.

The RN, Marzi is great, she really listens to your problems and respects you as a patient. The worse if the doctor himself who doesn't listen to your feelings regarding treatments and your symptoms. The reason you go to the doctor is because you are feeling unwell or have something you need to talk about. The worse is when a doctor ignores what you are feeling or discounts your experience, which this doctor does. I agree with the first review. Now they have changed their reception staff. If you are sick and need to speak to a Doctor or nurse. You get this message we will call you back don't keep calling us and usually they call after or around 4 p.m. I stayed because I liked the nurse and Dr Marzi. I never get appointments with her though and I requested a female Dr. She can't write some scripts. To get through to anybody now has become impossible. I agree with the first review. Went for birth control pills and had severe depressive reactions to it. Was told that it wasn't the result of the drugs and did not believe me. Your doctor should respect your decisions as well as what you are feeling and at this doctor your feelings and decisions are not respected.

Due to a fall and pain I could not determine which side of my body to have x-rays - I guessed wrong. When I asked for additional X-rays I was told "it was my imagination" and "don't worry about it". Now, two years after the fall, I was told I can go for expensive rehabilitation treatments. I think rehabilitation treatments would not have been necessary if the proper treatment was performed early on - a decision probably based on insurance ratings. The Dr.decision may have been a one time event.

Staff is superb and exceptional I'm every respect couldn't ask for much more from a local family medicine Doctor.
