Re: Lab results. I checked "Never" because I was able to get the results myself from "My Chart" and didn't need to be contacted by anyone from the office. Perhaps you may want to consider adding that as an option on your questionnaire.My sister passed away in July and Dr. Cha was very caring and sympathetic. I appreciated her taking the time to listen and care.

I've had a long & good history with my doctor. She is very aware of my extremely complicated autoimmune condition which is crucial on he decision making. I worry if I get a substitute which is rare.

Dr. Cha is the best! She listens to my concerns, answers my questions, and offers suggestions of things I might try to improve my health and reach my goals. She is encouraging and validates the healthy choices I am making. I feel comfortable talking with her about any health concern. She is a great doctor and kind person! I am grateful that she is my PCP.

My original appointment had to be changed a couple of times. Not a problem for me. On this visit my provider seemed tired and a little "burned out" because of COVID and other possible stresses in her life. I hope she will continue to be my provider.

I am a former RN and have been Dr. Cha's patient for at least 15 years, maybe longer. She is THE BEST. She's helped me with serious medical conditions like cancer and hypertension....has been there for me when I was 3000 miles away. A true lifesaver

Dr. Cha has been my primary care physician for years, and as I'm aging and my health issues become more complicated, I'm appreciating her more than ever. Dr. Cha follows-up carefully health issues from the past, thoroughly reading notes from other specialists, and getting my input. She has always been helpful in referring me to other specialists when needed. She demonstrates an understanding for the challenges the aging population faces. When there are different approaches to a problem, she'll give me the pros and cons and allows me to make my own choice.

My wife and I have been with Dr.Cha for I think about 10 years. We feel she’s a wonderful, caring and very knowledgeable physician. Won’t change.

Dr. Cha has been so patient, compassionate, and kind with my elderly mother. She escalates issues to specialists when appropriate, but also tracks care and steps in on those issues when she is needed. Her staff is similarly responsive and caring.

Dr. Cha is an excellent and caring physician. I've been seeing her for about 5 years now. She is willing to give you the time you need when you come in for care. She is very knowledgeable when caring for the older patient and encourages her patients to aid in their own care. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

SHOULD BE SUED FOR MALPRACTICE AND HAVE HER LICENSE REMOVED!!! My mother recently involved in car accident, had consistent headache ever since and she request the doctor to order CT/MRI to ensure no bleeding in the brain. Dr. CHA was unwilling to fulfill my mother's request FOR NO REASON instead she told my mother to continue taking ibuprofen?!!! After few months struggle of pain, my mother switched to another doctor and was diagnosed with close to 4cm of brain tumor and had emergency surgery.

I think Dr. Cha is great. Very warm and not judgmental. She is a good listener as well.
