I called and provided the office with my insurance info. The woman said they accept my insurance. The office billed me $500 for two cleanings. Nothing special, just cleanings. Since when do people with insurance have to pay $500 for cleanings. Dr. McRae is clearly a dishonest ridiculous provider.
Unethical and possibly fraudulent billing. Repeatedly.
Dr McRae seemed friendly and competent, but she double billed me and the insurance company. We both paid, Then refused to talk to me about refunding the overcharge. Never answered the phone and was never in when I went to the office. Be very careful in reviewing your charges!
Dr Mcrae is very friendly. Her staff is great. I love the atmosphere here
