Very good doctor. Attentive good care
My family have been going to this clinic for years, Dr Plunkett and all her staff are great. Talented, attentive, caring. This would be a 5 star review if not for their use of an absolutely incompetent billing company, Medi Serv, Inc. I've had multiple instances where the very first bill regarding service from FirstMed has been from a collection agency. FirstMed cannot be blamed for the performance of another company except for their choice to associated themselves with this company by out-sourcing to them. Knowing that I'll be having trouble with Medi Serv makes me seriously reconsider using this otherwise wonderful clinic. EDIT - FirstMed billing manager Misty worked hard on my behalf to fix my issues with their billing company. Updating score. Seeing Dr. Plunkett was such a good experience! She was accurate in her diagnosis and treatment. She was also very pleasant and treated me with respect and showed genuine concern. I would recommend her to anyone.
