I waited a very long time to be seen, 5 months to be exact. I am disappointed with two things: the amount of time that was spent with me, especially because I was a new patient. The forms took longer to fill out than the time that I actually spent with Dr. Snyder. On my medical history, I indicated that I am taking a medication for acne. This was not brought up at all during my brief visit. I was told I would have to schedule yet another appointment. No one there has returned my calls or email.

Seems to be a good doctor, and much more personable than my last dermatologist. Very difficult to get timely appointments, and at least twice when I've schedule appointments far in advance, they've been cancelled by the office because "the doctor won't be in the office that day."

I waited in the waiting room for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. When I finally got back to the exam room. Dr. Snyder came in and introduced herself looked at me for no joke less than 1 min handed me a sheet of paper to take to the front desk. This was my first visit and it will be my last. There was no review of medical history. I was not given time to ask questions and I don't know how my visit could even be considered an exam, she hardly looked at me. Waste of my time,
