Everything about this office is perfect! The staff is professional and friendly, office has a pleasant and calming ambiance; and, most importantly, the aestheticians’ primary interest is to produce desired results of their clients.

I can’t say enough about Dr Beals and his team. After getting recommendations and doing my own research, I met with Dr Beals for my consult. I liked the fact that he took the time to listen, answer all my questions and didn’t try to sell me anything I wasn’t interested in. He is conservative in his approach which is also a plus in my eyes. His work on children spoke to his talent and compassion and was another deciding factor. My procedure went very well and the follow up by him and his team was great. He really cares that you are happy with the end result. I had another procedure done recently and again, it went perfectly! His anesthesiologist called me the night before to make sure I was ready and answered a few questions. This time I decided to stay overnight in their recovery center due to the nature of the procedure and I felt very well taken care of. Dr Beals even gave me his mobile # so I could reach out to him and he answered promptly. If you are considering a procedure, I highly recommend Dr Beals and his team.

I have been a patient at Dr. Beals Office since 2007, and the entire team is amazing! Kerry and Jamie are my go to gals for treatments and they both are the BEST! Everyone in the office is extremely professional, and they always exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Beals and his team are some of the best in town! Great knowledge and capabilities, both with slowing the signs of aging, skin improvement and more! I have been seeing Kim at the office for three years for facials and skin rejuvenation treatments because I have always struggled with having sensitive skin that seems to take a lot of work to keep healthy and smooth. Kim's micro-needling treatments use a technique where she follows a "circular motion" vs a "grid" that are hands-down the best in town for breaking up scaring, providing healing for the skin and also stimulating collagen. Facials aren't rushed and fully designed to meet a client's needs - a combination of "deep work" and also relaxation. Pricing is also very fair, especially when paired with the talent/caliber of the team!

I cannot say enough how grateful I am for Dr. Beals and his team. First off, Dr. Beals has got to be one of the most compassionate , understanding plastic surgeons I have ever met. He truly takes the time to listen to your concerns. I've met with a handful of surgeons over the years and once I met him, I knew he was going to be my doctor. I had a chin implant surgery in 2005 with a different Plastic Surgeon. I was sooooo unhappy and self conscious about it. I can't tell you how many times i looked in the mirror and cried throughout those years. I went back to my original doctor 5 years later to see what can be done about it and completely brushed it off like he did nothing wrong. Finally, in 2019 , I decided that there HAS to be something to fix my chin. I did so much research and had 4 other consultations with Surgeons. I wasn't sure if I wanted to do the chin implant route again, but 2 of the doctors discussed Sliding Genioplasty as a potential option and BOTH recommended Dr. Beals (thank you Dr. Olson and Dr. Hobgood). During my consult with Dr. Beals, he was very thorough with me, answered and addressed every concern I had, and walked me through the procedure step by step. Since my situation was unique and complicated, he even offered a biomedical engineer presentation of the procedure (which I thought was FASCINATING!) Of course I was incredibly nervous considering my first experience, but I put all my trust in him to remove my chin implant and do the sliding genioplasty. Where to even begin! I cannot say enough good things about this staff and Dr. Beals. I went in for a breast augmentation in June and I could not be happier with the results. I was referred to him by my mother who was a patient of his 20 years ago and she had nothing but great things to say about him and his team. From my first consultation to the day of the procedure everything was immaculate. Staff was so kind and caring. Dr. Beals and Nicole had no problem answering every question I had. They really put my mind at ease and just made me feel like how they would treat their own family. The process was so quick and easy. The great thing about them is they weren’t demanding about the money, (as other places are) as long as you paid before surgery they didn’t bug or pester at all! After my surgery I had some questions so I called the 24 hour operator and she left a message with Dr. Beals and he called me back with in 15 minutes. He reassured me that everything I felt was normal and not to worry but he gave me his personal number to contact any time if I had any concerns. What an amazing doctor he is. I think what really made me choose him as my doctor was the fact that he started with repairing cleft palates. I personally trust a plastic surgeon (which he is) more than a cosmetic one. Dr. Beals seriously changed my life. I am only 21 but I had been having crippling insecurity about the way I looked most all of my life. My face had always just looked different or I guess "off" from everyone else around me and I didn't know why, but it did. I had a severely underdeveloped chin, a big nose, and no jawline. I found it constantly hard to breath and a lot of tension in my face. I didn't feel comfortable in my body and really didn't associate myself with how I looked, I didn't really feel as though it was my face. Because of this, I was insecure about taking pictures and looking at myself in the mirror. I hated going outside and didn't want people to look at me, it made me really miserable, and put a huge strain on my life to be quite honest. Originally I went to Dr. Beals for a consultation to get a chin augmentation as that was the most noticeable insecurity that I had and at the time thought that it could have been the root as to why I looked so different. Upon meeting Dr. Beals he right away noticed that I had an underdeveloped jaw, and explained to me how that might be the root to my issues. He then suggested the possibility of jaw surgery. I had never really heard much about jaw surgery and I had no idea what it entailed. After explaining everything he convinced me and my family that jaw surgery would be the most satisfactory option, and we went right away with the plan to get jaw surgery. The process is quite long but it was worth every second of it. I had to get braces again and a year later got jaw surgery, and when I say it changed my entire face, I mean it very literally CHANGED the way I look. I couldn't be more grateful. I feel amazing and like a whole new person, and have a kind of confidence now that I never thought I would ever have, and it has changed my life completely. If it wasn't for Dr. Beals suggesting jaw surgery and of course performing the surgery, I don't think I would have ever had this life changing opportunity and the confidence about myself that I have now. He is the best surgeon I have come across for jaw surgery after now having researched it a ton and his qualifications are a perfect example of that. A year ago I went into the office of Stephen Beals to get Botox from the lead injection nurse Jamie Richardson. Ms. Richardson injected my crows feet and under eye with Botox. A week after the injections I noticed really big bags under my eyes that crossed all the way down to my cheeks. I gave it another week hoping that the swelling will subside. It never did. It kept me away from work and social events because I was so embarrassed to be seen like that. I called the office and asked to speak to Jamie about it. Over the phone she told me there was nothing she could do and tried to tell me it wasn’t do to her injecting me. I told her that I have never in my life had eye bags and that I feel very uncomfortable and that I would like to come to the office and show her what has happened. She said “okay” but in a very annoyed tone. After she saw me in person and the huge bags under my eyes, she did not exhibit any empathy and again tried to tell me that is not one of Botox side effects. I told her that I was very dissatisfied with her service and embarrassed to leave the house, and I asked for my money back, which she told me she could not do. I left the office scared not knowing if I will have permanent huge droopy eye bags for life now even though I have never had them before. After Botox started to wear off, about three months later, the eye bags were subsiding as well. I went to another nurse injector at a different plastic surgeon’s office for my next treatment. When I showed her the pictures of my eye bags after Botox with Ms. Richardson, she gasped in fear. Basically it was Ms. Richardson’s practice and technique that resulted in me having more than unfavorable results. First, I love the office. Always greeted cheerfully when I arrive! Kendra is absolutely amazing and I have seen her multiple times. Thank you for all of my botox treatments to ensure my crows feet are eliminated! Second, I will always go to her for my lips. From the very first treatment when she started a few years back she has always made them perfectly pouty, voluptuous but natural looking! I hardly ever bruise and it’s nearly painless for each of my treatments. My friend and I have named her the Lip Goddess, because she is amazingly talented at making our pouts gorgeous! Looking for a surgeon can be difficult when there are so many to choose from. Finding Dr. Beals & having a consultation made that decision easy. I cannot begin to express my gratitude and satisfaction with Dr. Stephen Beals and staff. I met Dr. Beals over 20 years ago to consult a treatment for my son who was born with cleft lip and palate. My son had multiple surgeries over the years and Dr. Beals consistently provided professional, excellent care and the highest standards of service time and time again. In the 20 over years that I’ve known Dr. Beals, I didn’t realize that in addition to his craniofacial surgery practice, he also has the cosmetic surgery practice. In the last 5 years, I’ve consulted with 3 different Plastic Surgeons here in the Valley to consult on a ‘tummy tuck’ procedure, but never had the confidence, respect and sense of security with any of these surgeons as I have when I consulted with Dr. Beals for the 1st time. I can not say enough about how incredible Dr. Beals is. He is a genius and an artist. I came into this world with a cleft palate and a cleft lip and Dr. Beals has been my surgeon since the day I was born. In fact, he has not just been my Dr. since day one (literally), but my older sisters as well. She too has a cleft lip, and he was at the hospital when my mom delivered her also. Words can not express how my family and I love that man. He has increased our quality of life in a way that few would understand. The reconstructive surgeries he has performed on us took immense skill and artistry and we couldn’t be happier with the results of his work. Dr. Stephen Beals is excellent. I highly recommend him for whatever your surgery needs may be. State of the art facility with an experienced and very supportive staff. First-rate surgery center as well, and very clean. I always suggest Dr. Beals when I hear that someone needs or is thinking of a procedure.
