I went online and did all the pre-appointment information so check-in was a breeze. It was less than 10 minutes before they called my name and Dr. Drukker saw me right away. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I'm looking forward to my follow-up visit in 3 months.

Everyone is very pleasant and good service from what I experienced. I like the Doc's concern just as well . I really can't ask for much more service from what I was given. I would recommend ya'll to other people.

Everyone who helped me at my appointment yesterday were very nice. I have been here once before. Dr. Drukker helped me so much I had to come back when I started having problems with my thumb. I highly recommend Dr. Drukker and his staff.

After checking in at the office's front desk, it was less than five minutes until I was weighed and taken to the examining room. Dr. Drukker and his assistants promptly came into the room. I didn't have time to open my book. My follow-up exam was quick. He rechecked my wrists, gave me options for follow-up treatment which we discussed. My questions were answered. He was kind and compassionate. I am happy I was referred to Dr. Drukker by my primary care physician.

Very professional

I thank God that Dr. Drukker was recommended to me. I was given empathy throught my visit. I was so scared as I had no family waiting on the other side to pick me up. The staff really helped me focus on something else. Dr.Drukker was so awesome I will definitely let everyone know how great the professional staff are.

Dr. Drukker was very detailed and helpful. He wasn't in a hurry and addressed all my concerns and questions. Staff was great and professional.

Dr. Drukker is an amazing hand & wrist specialist. I had carpal tunnel surgery in the past and Dr. Drukker did an excellent job. To this day my wrist is doing very well. I just went in for an appointment yesterday because both my hands had been hurting a lot. He was able to diagnose and fix my problem immediately. Today, my hands feel good as new. Dr. Drukker is very nice, caring, and has a great personality. Thank you, Dr. Drukker for all you do for your patients. See you in 6 weeks for my follow-up appointment.

Great experience with not only TSAOG and Dr. Drukker. I've had elbow pain for YEARS! My initial visit was meant for my right wrist. He was so detailed to the point that he provided elbow pads with sleeves to help while we figured out the main issue. When I say YEARS of discomfort ... He was VERY detailed, polite, and compassionate. The entire visit was less than an hour. That included, check in, vitals, xray, doctor visit, review of images, AND met with their physical therapy team to get fitted for my wrist and elbow sleeves. After a recent 3 hour ortho visit for my child that took 3 hours EACH at a different medical group altogether. I was pleasantly surprised. I've already told my hubby to get an appointment for his knee. Love them!

My experience with Dr Drukker and staff was very good. Short wait time and the way Dr Drukker explained exactly what he was going to do and what side effects may occur was comforting. Dr. Drukker was fabulous with our 5 year old daughter. He made her feel safe, comfortable, and even excited about her cast. Scheduling was easy, everything was on time and the whole process very smooth. Highly recommend TSAOG.

This Group of orthopedic surgeon are the best. They rebuilt my ACL about 10 years ago still strong to this day not mention bone graft and meniscus rebuilt too, fun lol. I was having sever pain on the base of wrist and my thumb very painful and was pretty sure I was going to need surgery, but the doctor froze the area and gave a shot and I am back to playing Madden full time. The very best Medical experience I have had. Dr Drukker and his staff are efficient and professional. I was in and out in 30 min. I live in Austin and Drive to San Antonio because these folks are worth it!

Dr. Drukker is an excellent doctor. He has been treating me for various issues due to arthritis in both hands. He performed surgery in the thumb joints of my right hand and my recovery was excellent as I’ve not been bothered with it since. I am now due to have the same type of surgery on my left hand and later replace joint on the middle finger of the same hand. I can’t think anyone else could do as good a job as Dr. Drukker - I have the upmost faith in his abilities to do an excellent job!

Dr Drukker spent time with my 95 year old mother and made sure she was well taken care of. Took X-rays and gave her a hand brace that can be placed on and removed if wanted. He is very patient and shows concern. I recommend him for you..

I have seen Dr Drukker on several occasions but the most recent was for severe carpal tunnel syndrome. I had surgery on a Wednesday and was back to work on Monday. Dr. Drucker is an amazing Physician and an expert in his field. Although I highly recommend him as a specialty provider, his service does come with a highly dysfunctional billing department. Over charges, double & excessive billing with rude, unprofessional and untrained financial staff. I had to get my insurance company involved and they are still sending me a bill that I have already paid. It is my hope that I will not have to seek legal action. The billing department is the only reason for the less than 5 stars. Dr. Drucker himself and his nursing staff I would give 10 Stars. They are phenomenal. I had even been thinking between Corpal tunnel surgery as a needed solution, or additionally a treatment to search if there was a problem in the upper arms causing the pain in my hands.
