I had never seen Dr. Glaser, what a pleasant experience. He was so caring, friendly and realized what my concern was, ordered prescriptions.

Best PCP I have had in years.

I always appreciate Dr. Glaser's candor. I feel like he offers great advice.

He was condescending and didn't take any of my concerns seriously. He said because I'm not overweight, "I'm fine". He didn't do anytime if evaluation at all. He sat in the chair the entire time and then handed me my paper to be done with the appointment.

Dr. Stephen Anthony Glaser, DO was professional, took the time to listen and address my questions. He is now my PCP.

I was very pleased with Dr Glaser and staff! Made new patient appt and was in office within a few days. Even on a day it was sleeting and Dr Glaser listened to my concerns and addressed all my new issues. Dr/Staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Glaser has been my primary c... - Dr. Glaser has been my primary care physician for thirty-five years. He has always been professional, caring, and personable. Over the years, I've recommend him to my friends who are looking for a PCP.

I have seen Dr. Glaser since [...] or before. He is very intelligent, caring, friendly, and I put total trust in his judgement's or anything he tells me regay my health. I will definitely recommend him to anyone I know that needs a Doctor.

Dr. Glaser is the best doctor I have ever had. Because of his attention and concern I am now having much- needed DBS surgery for an ever-increasing brain issue. I am so grateful for his care!!!

Stephen Glaser is absolutely wonderful doctor. He is very patient and attentive. He is very easy to reach. His staff is wonderful, they always either answer the phone or call back within a day. I love Dr. Glaser and TexasHealth clinic in Hickory Creek. Unfortunately my insurance situation has changed and they do not accept my United Health Care plan, so I have to look for another PCP. I wish they could work something out with my UHC plan.

Dr. Glaser was ridiculing me because I asked for medication for my knee and back pain. Prescribed nothing. I ended up having gall bladder surgery.

Short wait time, efficient and ready to answer any questions I had. I couldn't ask for more.

I have been a patient for 3 years and have had an EXCELLENT experience every time I’m in the office. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Phone calls are returned quickly, and there’s never a long wait in the lobby or the exam room. It’s a clean facility and the MA staff are discrete and fast to get you ready for your visit.

I'm middle-aged, have lived all over, and he's probably the best GP I've ever had.

I have been seeing Dr. Glaser for more years than I want to admit. I wouldn't think of going elsewhere.

As usual the admin staff, nurses, and doctors were excellent. Very friendly, concerned, and understanding environment.

Had a great visit with Dr. Glaser. It was short, he gave me good news about my problem(it wasn't as bad as I as I thought it was) and prescribed what I needed to get better. I'm a happy camper.

I've been going to Dr. Glaser for a very, very long time...even when his practice was in Flower Mound. I trust him...over the years he has yet to be wrong in his diagnosis. Furthermore, he's very honest in that if I need a specialist because my medical problem is outside his expertise, he finds the correct specialist to resolve the problem. I am happy with everyone in the office. Every one is pleasant and willing to help. Dr Glaser is great. He has managed my blood pressure and cholesterol issues fantastically. Glad my husband and I both go to him

I have been seeing Dr Glaser for several years. His bedside manner is very professional and compassionate.

I have mixed feelings about this review. While I like Dr Glaser and and his nursing staff and find him to be an excellent doctor and trust him with my health, I have constant issues with the office staff here. I've been billed for appointments that I didn't make, billed by different offices managed by the same company for appointments I didn't make, and a variety of other paperwork slip ups that should not happen. I've been going here for several years and while Dr. Glaser recognises and is very friendly to me when I visit, the office is staffed by new people every time I go in. Several forms must always be filled out on every visit and it's like I'm starting over every time I go there. On the last visit, the young man at the check in window was so stern that my wife joked that she thought I was going to be frisked before being taken back to my cell. Just as every Doctor must have a good bedside manner, his/her office staff must reflect that same manner and put patients at ease while they are waiting. not make them feel like they are a burden. I hate to say it but I've gotten better treatment at the VA medical center. I have to recommend Dr. Glaser and his nursing staff. Great crew! Wait in the lobby very short, no wait for vitals to be taken once in room, and very minimal wait for dr. to come in. Entire staff are very professional and courteous.

My experience has always been good I've been going to that office floor at least 20 years I've never had any problems getting in when I need to even when my own doctor's busy I've always been able to see someone else and the staff is wonderful I wouldn't go anywhere else

Friendly. Competent. Informative. Efficient. Minimal waiting time in lobby AND In exam room. Blood draw was expertly done ! I am a hard stick. NO Problem whatsoever. Quick and painless.

Husband has been out of a prescription for a month. Pharmacy was able to get “1” Pill a week ago. Called to make an appt. and when husband showed up they said it was NEXT week. “Great” service from this office.

Excellent. Honest and does a great job treating my diabetes and keeping me healthy.

The staff was friendly. Dr. Glaser was disrespectful to me (slapped me on my hand like I was a child - I 54). Was not knowledgeable about nutritional aspects of my diet. I went 3 times and each time was a little better but I went looking for another doctor. Three different bills for visits and they changed the charges two times which I was charged more than original payout.
