Today Dr Portz so relieved my mind concerning my husband. Dr. Portz is such a gentleman and kind beyond words. Thank you for all you do to keep us healthy and for the upping stress test and chest X-ray too just to make sure . We greatly appreciate you!

Dr. Portz has been my doctor since 2006 where he managed me thru a double bypass. I never feel hurried during appointments. I look forward to my appointments because he's not only my doctor but is a very nice and caring person.

Dr Portz is exceptionally knowledgable, compassionate and affords plenty of time during appointments. He discusses issues at length and all necessary test results are explained in full with recommendations for treatment. He h as a kind and caring demeanor. Would highly recommend him to anyone seeking treatment for heart disease.

I am born here. I have had a good deal of experience with the medical problems here. In my life I have never known a more careful and concerned Doctor. He was my mothers Dr and now my husbands. God bless him, I have peace of mind knowing he is taking care of them.

When my cardioligist retired Dr Portz was recommended to me by both that doctor and a dear friend who has been treated by Dr Portz for years. He reviewed me records in detail, going back as far as 1992, asked me numerous questions about past procedures, life style, family and ordered tests. Later when I experienced some difficulty I went into see him on his final day before leaving for vacation. He made room for me to see him and instantly called another cardiologist in his group he trusted and asked him to perform a heart catherization, insisting it needed to be done as quickly as possible. As a result of his direct intervention I was in the hospital and had the procedure performed in 4 days which resulted in a 4th stent being implanted into my heart. Dr Protz's office (we used to say bedside) manner is as good as any I've ever experienced in 76 years of life, in fact in the top 1% of all the many doctors I have had, or seen in that time! He is top notch! Very professional, knowledgeable of patient history, and punctual. Wouldn't see anyone else. Staff is well organized and friendly. 5 stars for sure!

Dr Portz is the best doctor ever! His knowledge and experience surpasses any doctor I've ever met. He literally saved my life at age 39 by finding a double blockage. Most doctors would not have been so diligent to keep looking for answers because of my age. However, Dr Portz went step by step to find the answers. He is such a professional, I'm so blessed to have found him.

Very happy with my father's cardiologist! Dr. Portz is very knowledgeable and has been doing this for many years, he has a professional, kind and compassionate bedside manner. When he was deciding on my father's bypass surgery plan he made very thoughtful decisions and referred us to a fantastic Cardiac surgeon!! Always pleasant and concern. Takes his time and not rush you out the office. I use to see him at the w Sunset Rd office. The staff there was Awesome too as well and Sienna Height office(Green Valley) I receive the same Awesome service at both locations. Would recommend him to my friends and family in a NY Minute!!

My husband was Dr. Portz patient for many years. Armand looked forward to seeing the good doctor because of the excellent care he was given. Dr. Portz always went above and beyond making sure that Armand had quality care when he was in the hospital. I am now a patient of Dr. Portz and I would never think of going to anyone else. I feel at easy with him and I can talk to him about anything. What a wonderful doctor and human being Dr. Portz is.
