Seriously I am so mad at this location and the doctors! If I can give a Zero star, I would! I came in three times and all three times I told the doctors I have a headache for a very long time and for the recent 2-3 months it has been getting worse and worse and they didn’t ask me anything. They didn’t even ask me a single question a normal doctor would ask like how long has it been hurting, how many times does it hurt a month. Instead I was told that he has to go. I am very disappointed. every time it cost over $200 per visit and that’s a lot for 10-15 minutes of visit! I even told the doctor the headaches are very severe and the doctor just said he had to go. This isn’t the only doctor that acted like this. Dr Monroe was even worse, I saw her for only 5 minutes and she said she has to go. I asked her for my x ray report result that was done at the hospital and she said she can’t give it to me. I am the patient and I can’t even get my own report? Is there not a doctor in this location that actually care about the Health of their patient? My friend has another primary doctor and I shared my situation because my friend also has headache and his doctor asked him so many questions and then gave my friend an order of the CT scan. BUT what did I get? NOTHING not even a single question. This is seriously the third time I came to this location saying I have bad headache and nothing was done or ask! I have been seeing Dr. Reinhardt for more than 30 years. Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable, concern about my health (as is everyone at the practice), great staff. Would definitely recommend his practice. Very prompt with lab results, test results, and any other issue that might come up.

Terrible experience. Dr Monroe is awful. She doesn’t care about her patients. I came in and waited for 30 minutes and spends three hundred on an office visit and she only talked to me for less than 2 minutes. I had other questions that takes less than 10 minutes to answer which was something that she was suppose to tell me without me needing to ask and she gave me an attitude for asking. And when I told her my symptoms she still didn’t do anything or ask any questions. So basically I paid $300 for just a 2 minute office visit. Is this how doctors do things nowadays? Dr Reinhardt is the best doctor I have ever seen. HE took so much time with me and was so thorough.

Dr. Monroe does not believe that her staff should be required to explain procedure requirements on the phone. "if they did that, they'd never get off of the phone." I was not made aware of pre-test requirements prior to coming in (either by the Dr. who recommended that I set up an appointment of by the staff when I actually called to do so). I was then was rescheduled to come back in to take a per-test before the procedure that I initially came in for. Beware of unnecessary "office visits," and their subsequent invoices. Dr. Reinhardt and his partner Dr. Foster -Weiss took great care of my elderly Dad for many years. I got great peace form their Signature program in caring for Dad. They were very quick to respond and make him comfortable. They also do rounds at the hospital, therefore eliminating numerous hospitalist. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
