Dr. Stephen Mark Sokoloff

I went to Dr. Sokoloff for a dental implant. I found the doctor to be kind, caring, knowledgeable and skilled. He gave me whatever time I needed to understand and be comfortable with the procedures. I would highly recommend him. I feel compelled to mention his staff also. Each one was competent, efficient, caring and kind. They all made my experience much easier. I am grateful.

I had the most amazing experience here. Dr S. And his staff are incredible! I had an emergency situation that couldn’t wait. I was seen immediately, treated so respectfully and compassionately. They made me feel so comfortable. Incredibly professional yet relatable. Thank you all again so much! Highly recommended!!

I got a tooth pulled here, its a shame they didn't take Medicaid so I had to go a ton out of pocket, but when you are in pain and need an extraction, cost goes out the window. They were able to take me in faster than my Medicaid docs so I'm very thankful for that. Anyway, the facility is immaculate, the dental assistants and anesthesiologist were pleasant, and best of all, Dr. Sokoloff was courteous and fantastic - clearly a master of his craft. 5 stars to this establishment.

My 88 year old Mom was having tooth pain and she was referred to Dr. Sokoloff. The office was able to get her in immediately and her care, from making the appointment to leaving the office was wonderful. The staff was compassionate and went out of there way to make sure she was comfortable and that we both understood the procedure and aftercare. Dr. Sokoloff explained everything in detail and what some options would be. He was extremely caring and gentle and it was obvious it was about what was best for my Mom. He kept her relaxed, engaging in conversation, and making her laugh. I am so very thankful that she and I had such a positive experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Sokoloff.

I would recommend Dr Sokoloff very highly. I had 2 wisdom teeth and a molar removed all at once. He was excellent from my first office visit through the surgery,. He followed up by calling me on a Saturday to see how I was. 5 Stars to him and his staff.

The entire staff, even the receptionist was so understanding and calming and genuinely made me feel comfortable. I went here 11 years ago as a child, Dr, Sokoloff came in as in clown and made me feel so much better, he was so funny and friendly, now as an adult I needed two teeth pulled and I knew who I was going too, and all I can say is he has not changed at all, still the same friendly, professional smiley face I remembered. Excellent procedures, skilled nursing, personal care and outcome. Two days after a ancient wisdom tooth removal, I feel great. Stephen is a great doctor with a well matched team.

Awful! My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Sokoloff. The staff was rude and unprofessional. The evening after his surgery, my son had excessive bleeding, I called and left a message for the doctor And we never received a return phone call! I paid up front for the surgery, and today, I received a bill that was stamped FINAL NOTICE PLEASE SEND TO AVOID COLLECTIONS. This is the first bill I received! I work in healthcare, and would never treat a patient or patients family, in this manner. Disgusting.

Great experience!!! I went in with an abscess and in need of a tooth removal. The office staff was so kind to me and the doctor was over the top excellent! Drained my absess, removed the tooth and I went home feeling so much better. Dr. Sokoloff was so thorough in answering my questions and his staff stayed late to help me. Dr. Sokoloff is the best!! My husband and all three of our children had their wisdom teeth removed and every time it was a great experience. Every single person on the staff was friendly and pleasant and Dr. Sokoloff was wonderful - truly caring, patient and kind. Don’t go anywhere else!!

Awesome as always!!!

Today, I had a very difficult procedure performed by Dr. Sokoloff which was a success. I was extremely nervous, not with Dr. Sokoloff, but just the whole routine of anesthesia, pain, the outcome, etc. I do have a long road ahead of me as I have other problems, but this is the beginning of my treatment & feel confident about our plan. Well, it is now 9 hrs post-op & I have minimal discomfort and swelling, and my headache gone. I also have to say that his staff is so professional, kind and a wonderful group of women and men who work there. They make you feel at ease and answer all of your questions and make you feel so comfortable. It is a pleasure to be greeted by the doctor who has a wonder smile when he sees you and a warm personality at best. Spends time & does not rush the visit. I highly recommend his services.

I was sent there in extreme pain after a root canal went bad. Dr. Sololoff and his staff were fantastic. They were hesitant to extract the tooth and were able to help me get through the night. They referred me to a great endodonist for the next day. They called that office to follow up once I was there. Their referral is led to the tooth being saved. My experience was A1. In and out , staff was on point and made me feel relaxed by answering all my questions and played music of my choice. Dr Sokoloff is a good man ,as well as a active service member. I highly recommend for oral surgery!!

Great experience for what is easily one of the most unpleasant procedures I had done. I did a difficult wisdom tooth extraction while awake despite his advice to go under. I didn't have a person who would be able to drive me home so I chose to go with Novocaine and sweet air. He and his team made sure I was as comfortable as possible and the procedure was relatively painless the whole time. I think all things considered it was as pleasant a dental visit could be despite the recovery I am going through right now. Dr. Sokoloff is a fantastic oral surgeon. His great personality and outstanding staff put you totally at ease. No one looks forward to oral surgery, but you can sit back and relax and not give it a second thought. When he's not in his office he's working on our troops as a Colonel in the US army. Great guy!

I have had both a wisdom tooth extraction and dental implant performed by Dr. Sokoloff. Both procedures were performed pain free and without any complications. He is even nice enough to personally follow up with a phone call to check on your progress (this is very rare). Highly recommend.

Dr. Sokoloff removed all four of my wisdom teeth back in 2000... today he performed two procedures on my daughter. I am so thankful to him and his staff for taking such good care of her! In addition, i have read some negative comments regarding the way that he charges for his services and for the record ... i could not disagree more. Dr. Sokoloff has placed six implants for me. I feel blessed to have found him, as he gives general anesthesia for dental cowards such as myself, and is a skilled surgeon whom I trust implicitly. Not only is he an outstanding surgeon, he is compassionate and funny. He makes going to the dentist fun (well, almost). In addition, he stands by his work, and addresses any problems in a timely and monetarily fair manner. He has treated my bone loss around one implant, without charge to me, accepting only what the insurance will pay. This is more than fair! I recommend Dr. Sokoloff without reservation! I saw Dr Sokoloff as an emergency I cannot review him and his staff properly. You don't have enough stars. I was admitted promptly. His nurse Katy put me in a room to wait even bringing towels to keep me warm. She prepped me while watching the blood pressure machine. Dr Sokoloff saw me as soon as he could. He was throughly professonal while being very caring. He also was funny putting me at ease. His surgery was excellent. He called later to see how I was doing! He is the Best! :)

The staff are knowledgable and friendly. They didn't take my insurance, but guided me to a discount plan that helped. Dr. Sokoloff is amazing. Others had previously told me I would need two teeth extracted. Dr. Sokoloff drew my attention to the images and asked me questions about my experiences with the tooth. Then he stated that he would recommend NOT removing that second tooth. He said that the image was a picture of scarring and not any kind of decay. This saved me a huge expense.

Don't we all search for the most reliable doctor when we are in medical need? Referrals work. My son had all of his wisdom teeth pulled out at Dr. Sokoloff's dental office. A doctor who enters the room with a smile, does his job flawlessly and you, the patient is the one that smiles at the end is what I recommend. Thank you doc!

Dr. is rude and his staff seems to be brainwashed. Dr repeats himself. Seems to forget what he has told you. All he does is dictate to an employee while the patient is in the chair. He only offers the most expensive procedure. Absolutely no bedside manner. Makes you feel inferior. He is a self absorbed man who doesn't respect his patients.

Tries to force you to do the most expensive procedure. Makes you take unnecessary xrays for "legal" reasons. Staff is rude. Dr. starts off being charming, but if you question him, he gets nasty. Go somewhere else!!!!!

Dr. Sokoloff is the best of the best , major oral surgery and the next day didn't feel a thing. Felt like I didn't have anything done and was all good in a couple of days . Highly recommend, 5 stars across the board .

I have been to Dr. Stephen Sokoloff's office a couple times and I can honestly say that I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr. Sokoloff is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything and puts your mind at ease. No one likes to go to the oral surgeon but when you go here you are dealing with a very compassionate team that are so thorough and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. Thank you, you guys are amazing.

Positive experience. Incredibly thorough. Took 3D X-Rays that revealed my condition. I felt like I was the best of hands. Explained everything. Personable . Would recommend him to all my friends.

I recently underwent oral surgery and was extremely pleased with the courteous and pleasant attitude of the staff. Dr. Sokoloff explained the procedure at great lenght and went to great lenghts to make me comfortable and as much pain free as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Sokoloff.

You can not find a better oral surgeon. I went to him for a second opinion after experiencing a great deal of pain from a wisdom tooth I had pulled by another surgeon. He fit me into his schedule and took his time answering my questions and educating me as to what was happening. He expressed his concerns and what he felt was the best course of action. While he was working on me he was honestly concerned for my comfort and made sure by checking in with me throughout the procedure. I left there feeling better and more educated as to what was going on. I also came to find out Dr. Sokoloff is in the Army and was headed out the next day to report for a two week tour. Somehow he managed get a hold of me before he left to check in on my progress and see how I was feeling. I was very impressed and its one more reason I would highly recommend Dr. Sokoloff.
