I was treated very rudly by receptionist named Casey. She does not respect her elders or have manors . I love my doctor but if I'm treated with such disregard ,I will find another.

Dr. Theis and his staff are ALL amazing! From the front desk, to the lab to the nurses to the Doctor himself!!! I have a lot of anxiety with doctors but everyone here has taken it away! Dr. Theis is so caring! He LISTENS!!! He takes his time and is so gentle with his words. I have switched my entire family to this clinic now!!! Thank you Dr. Theis and staff!!! This was only my second visit to see Dr. Thies and we will not be back. He seemed as if we were just making up a symptom that my husband had. He acted irritated when we werent interested in getting the Covid shot and also irritated when we didn’t want to do a sleep apnea test! I guess it’s because he makes money that way so when we didn’t want to do that he didn’t want to give us any helpful information. My husband was wanting to know a recommendation for medicine for brain fog he wouldn’t even talk about it. We went in there for an original thought that my husband had a hernia but we were told oh it’s not that it’s some thing else...any questions? He asked rudely! Very short didn’t wanna be helpful didn’t wanna explain very rude we will not return! Beware!!! Find a different doctor who actually cares!

Dr. Thies is extremely knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. He is patient and takes his time to hear your concerns to provide the best medical care possible. I will rate him as one of the best doctors I have seen. Very easy to obtain an appointment with him and scheduling staff is super nice and helpful. Do check if you are on Aetna. I am told that he is in network while Aetna insurance company says he is in network one day and that he is not the next day (not showing on Aetna page and Aetna is still researching it). He honestly seems to know medicine and is clear in his communication.

I was a patient of Dr Theis in 2012. I have since moved away. I went to him because my long time family doctor would not listen to me about an issue I had and Dr Theis did from the beginning and got me the care I needed. I am forever grateful to him!

Dr. Thies really cares about his patients and his staff is very responsive when I call for follow up information.

I had been going to doctors for seven years, trying to get answers to my health problems and was getting nowhere. I had almost given up hope when a friend told me about Dr. Thies. I made an appointment and the very first visit, Dr. Thies gave me the answers as to what was wrong. He's the nicest doctor I had seen in seven years and he listened to what I had to say. Great doctor, not so great staff or billing dept. Was charged $300 unfairly (I have good insurance). Got the run around from them and their billing dept. for two weeks.
