This office is beyond incompetent. They have twice arbitrarily canceled my 85-year-old mother's initial new patient appointment without the courtesy of a phone call to notify her. As a result, she has been walking around for two months suffering from an undiagnosed heart condition and has still not seen Dr. Vlay. Causing an 85-year-old woman to go through the trouble of getting herself to an appointment that no longer exists is reprehensible. Don't waste your time with this group.

I have two cardiologists Dr. Vlay and another in NYC. I went back into afib and had echocardiograms and mri's with close but different levels of calculations of heart strength's. I expressed to Dr. Vlay i like his advice. I had the echocardiogram about two weeks ago. I left several messages to have Dr. Vlay please advise me on results and how to proceed, but after being treated ineptly by staffers at 26 research way office, I don't know how else to get in contact with Dr. Vlay.
