Dr. Stephen R Weiss

When I felt like there was no hope in saving my life, Dr. Weiss took my complicated case and never gave up on me. Having him as my cardiologist has been the greatest blessing in my 41 years being alive. Compassionate, kind, extremely knowledgeable and knows how to handle my fears. He treats you like family. Can’t say enough remarkable things about this doctor.

I’ll say this upfront. Dr. Weiss truly puts his patients before all else. In a world where everyone’s on the clock, Dr. Weiss took his time to listen, run the necessary check-ups and meticulously diagnose and explain my symptoms. He is that rare breed of physician who has the extensive experience to back up his encyclopedic knowledge, has a natural talent for empathizing and putting his patients at ease, and I’ll say it again – going above and beyond for the well-being of his patients. A great all-around experience.

I have been seeing Dr Weiss for over 6 years. He listens and is really caring and knowledgeable. It's a great comfort to know there are sill a few doctors left that treat patients with respect.

Dr. Stephen Weiss is such a great doctor , He's very knowledgeable about treating patients with High Blood pressure . He is very compassionate and humble. Its a pleasure to have a Dr. like him .

Dr. Stephen Weiss is an incredible physician. Kind, brilliant, communicative, dedicated, clear, responsive, discerning, emotionally present, empathetic, and detail oriented. As someone with a long line of heart disease in my family, I will be forever grateful to Dr. Weiss for being dedicated enough to find, definitively diagnose, and now ongoingly manage an underlying condition I did not know I had, and which he caught before I became symptomatic. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Thourogh and thoughtful. Great bedside manner and he doesn't make you feel like just another number on the deli line.

Dr.Weiss is the best doctor, he takes all his time to discuss and make sure you’re ok, we need more doctors like him.

Best Cardiologist in the city.

Amazing personality, attention to details and willingness to explain and go above and beyond for the patient. Positive attitude. Didn't wait and was accepted exactly on time. Highly recommend!!!

Incredibly competent doctor. Great caring attitude. Reasonable waiting time. Dr Weiss came highly recommended by my heart surgeon. I am not disappointed.

This doctor is very kind, patient and caring. He listens to all your concerns in a respectful way. When I left his office I thought it was one of the most positive doctor visits that I had. His assistant is also very sweet and helpful.

I have been a patient of Dr Weiss for over 10 years. He’s very knowledgeable, personable and caring. He allows me to discuss my concerns about taking Meds and allows me to take part in the decision making process. When I had muscle myopathy to specific statins he took a diff approach by starting me on a new Meds and recommended I take it once to twice a week and take blood tests to intermittently to check my levels. He communicates with me via phone instead of making come in to incur a copaymen.

My niece recommended that I see Dr. Weiss for a second opinion. I agreed to see him with some reservation. To my surprise my visit with him was amazing. Dr. Weiss was thorough, patient and kind. He gave me one hour of his time where he explained in layman's terms what another cardiologist complicated badly. So glad to call him my new Cardiologist. I am writing subsequent to today's most recent visit to see Dr.Weiss and as his patient now for 20 years.Dr.Weiss is a highly knowledgeable caring and excellent Dr.who performs any and all necessary tests is a very efficient manner,taking as much time as is necessary to explain the results and he is extremely friendly and very patient oriented. I highly recommend Dr.Weiss to anyone in need of a superb and caring cardiologist,and he is also affiliated with the best hospitals in our great city.

Dr Weiss is an excellent clinician. He is also a caring person and extremely knowledgeable. You stream never rushed. He takes his time during the thorough exam and gives a comprehensive explanation. The staff is excellent as well. Very helpful and professional.

After a procedure performed by Dr. Weiss, I had a severe headache and asked if I could lie down. I was told that was not possible, so I sat in the waiting room. Dr. Weiss insisted that I leave-- the waiting room being for patients only. (Ten minutes before I had been a patient). I felt extremely ill as now I had a migraine. Dr. Weiss basically threw me out of his office. Neither he nor his staff called to inquire about my condition. I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor before!
