Dr. Stephen M Zaacks

This inhuman being ignored my complaints for three years. I changed to a real doctor, had 6-1/2 hours of open heart surgery due to torn chordae tendonae, Replaced mitral valve, septal myectomy, Maze procedure. I would have died with Zaacks!

its been 20 ys since i had my heart attack..(10-5-2001)...was refereeing a football game & had the attack & was taken to NW comm which was 5 minutes from the field,,,Dr Zaacks was the doc. on call that night & i cant speak for others,but he is the reason i am alive today...he probably doesnt remember me,,but thats ok......he did great by me!!

Wonderful wonderful doctor! I was 99% occluded and needed stents and other stuff. He kept me alive. Thank you

Absolutely the WORST doctor I have ever dealt with. He continued to misdiagnose my torn mitral valve for three years despite my continually reminding him of my symptoms. He totally ignored the angiogram he did. When I changed cardiologists I had extensive open heart surgery to replace the valve and for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. The staff called 15 minutes before my appoint and stated the Dr. Could not see me because I did not have a referral. They did not call my doctor and I was referred by the emergency room from the day before as I was there with massive chest pains. The staff was not helpful in any way at all. I called my doctor and she was going to send the referral immediately. I opted to wait till tomorrow and see a different cardiologist at another hospital, because to poor quality and urgency they had. Boo
