Dr Chung takes very good care of my husband Roy. He has managed to get his kidney stone issues under control.

The whole crew was very nice and took care of me very well. The surgeries went fast and well also. Had both stent out within a week and a half. I was very pleased with the care that Dr. Chung and his crew gave me last month in November and in December.

I was very unhappy with my care at Dr. Chungs office. I had a kidney stone removed on May 10th of 2022. First off, I didn't even see Dr. Chung the day of my surgery, I believe his NP came in to talk to me afterwards. I wasn't aware that the anatomy of my ureter is abnormally small (which caused me many complications and pain) and neither him or his NP gave me very much information about how the surgery went or what to expect. A few days after surgery I went to the emergency room with horrible pain and 105° fever. Because the stent was forced into my ureter, I had developed an infection. I had problems contacting and communicating with Chungs office during this time and just wanted the stent out, for it was causing major problems. Finally I got the stent removed a week after my surgery, and was told I'd feel instant relief with it being out. That couldn't be farther from the truth and left his office in pain and confusion because I was supposed to be feeling better. I called the emergency room 2 hours later in excruciating pain to get through to Dr. Chung because theres no way to contact him the way his phone system is set up. He answered and I was in tears from pain and he was explaining that I would feel some pain because it was taken out a week early, though nobody told me I'd feel this pain at the office 2 hours prior. It wasnt until my father grabbed the phone from my hands and pried information out of Dr. Chung that I found some answers. I am a 20 year old young women with little to no experience with medical procedures and doctors visits by myself. I didn't know what questions to ask, and he withheld vital information. He finally told my dad that during the surgery he had to use some force to navigate the stent inside my ureter because my anatomy down there is abnormally smaller than most people. I was told none of this and just sent home. Now its the beginning of 2023 and I was supposed to have a 6 month check up appointment with Dr. Chungs office. I called them and canceled because I'm not going through that again. I just received a note in the mail from Dr. Chungs office explaining that I had a kidney stone, and more stones could form. I should make an appointment to see him, and that this will be the last correspondence with his office. I am overall just very upset with the care at Dr. Chungs office. I felt brushed aside, not cared for, and violated. It was hard to get in contact with the office, its only automated and you cant talk to anyone if its an emergency. I really suggest doing some research before choosing your urologist. I hope this is helpful information for those looking.

Office operates with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Staff is always courteous and the smiling faces help lighten the mood in an otherwise somber visit. Dr. Chung and Kayla Madison are very good at explaining what will be happening during procedures and answering questions that come up. Keep up the good work!!!

Doctor Chung and his staff has always treated me very well. He lets me know what is going on and tells me what the treatment will be. I'm glad I found him when I did. Thanks to him and his staff. ❤

So eleven years ago I was diagnosed with kidney cancer, I had back pain over the top thought it was back problems but MRI found a tumor on my left kidney went to Doctor Ching he said that the kidney had to come out I am very thankful for Dr Chung. Was pleasantly surprised as the waiting room was pretty full so figured no way would everything be on time but actually was within a few minutes of appt time and only waited a couple minutes in the exam room. A good experience. The dr was businesslike but personable and I didn’t feel rushed. He presented options and it was easy to figure out the way to proceed. Everybody at Dr. Chung's office is nice and very professional.

Great staff, and DR.Chung is wonderful, caring, and great at what he does

Staff is always friendly. N.P. Madison is the best! She's not afraid to spend a little more time with her patients!

Staff and PA and doctor took care of me compassionately, listening carefully and acting quickly to take care of my needs. (The only thing I want them to change is the answering tree. The staff is wonderful!)

Horrible arrogant only cares about his nurse Kayla avoid him like the plague the women that work in that office are rude and disrespectful to men

The staff was very rude and in a hurry to get to lunch. Orders to “lay on right side … etc” were barked and repeated when I didn’t move fast enough. I spent 2 seconds with nurse practitioner to have her tell me to make appointment for one year- no change in my condition again. Not impressed with office staff or doc/np

The appointment went well. All is good...

I was able to see the Dr. and get my test a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time. It is wonderful to have a Dr that follows the schedule and doesn't have patients piled up in the waiting room.

Dr Chung recently performed laser surgery on my prostate. If you wish to be treated like a number with MINIMAL face time and extreme pain inflicted on you , this is your man. After surgery I inquired about post op pain, meds and was told NO I don't need ANY. I returned the next day as directed for catheter removal and the collection bag was full of blood and the nurse told another nurse it was fine and never spoke to the Dr. I bled for 3 days and in great pain. Bye the way the surgery made my flow issue worse. I strongly recommend any other Dr for prostrate surgery.

Excellent bed side manner. Talked to my husband and listened to concers.

Hardly ever have to wait to be seen. Probably the only doctor i have been too where you get right in and out. Very easy to understand and to the point. Not typically a type of doctor you can be comfortable with but i feel relaxed every time i have to be seen. They staff is also very efficient and helpful. 5 stars all the way!!!

Dr. Chung has gone above and beyond for me treating kidney stones on weekend when he was not scheduled to work. Staff is very friendly and efficient, would recommend

Dr Chung and his staff is very friendly. I like it because he will see me after work, that way I don’t have to take time off. Plus he comes to Princeton. And I work in Princeton so it really helps.
