Dr. Steve Cole is a very good doctor, he treats me & my son for Asthma & Immunology

Absolutely awful experience. They called 5min before my scheduled appointment to say I was late. I was parking. The guard at the front ignored me when i asked if the 2nd elevator was safe to use. The 1st had an out of order sign and the panel next to it was boarded up. The 2nd had tape all over no sign on it. I asked of it was okay to use, she never even looked up. Frazzled and feeling rushed, I forgot my paperwork for my allergy vials in the car from my current doctor (just moved and transferring vials). I let the receptionist and the nurse know, that I left it in the car, but my doctor said they could fax over whatever they needed to give them a call. They blew it off and said we needed to get moving, I could fo to my car later. After waiting over an hour, the nurse seemed rushed and had no idea I even had vials and didn't want me to bring my bag in, but i was requested to refrigerate. The doctor was RUDE and claimed I was too sick to be treated by him. 2hours wasted. Unprofessional

I've never had skin issues in my life and Dr Steve was able to treat me properly for my issue. I didn't have to wait long when I visited and everyone in the office made me feel comfortable while I was there. I highly recommend

Been seeing him for 15 years and I love Goin he's a good doctor and I wouldn't go to noone else

I've been a actual real allergy medical patient of Doctor Steven Cole for over 20 years. Very good professional medical services. I have never waited more than 1 minute after arriving on time for my appoinments: Satisfaction every time.

My first visit with this Allergist and the wait was dreadful. I sat there almost 2 hours while patient after patient got seen. Including new patients. I guess my insurance was not good enough or I was invisible. Whatever the case I ask them to tear up my paper work! I left making an appointment some where else! I am so happy to have found Dr. Cole. He and his office staff are wonderful. They are so attentive!!! He actually listens to all of my problems and concerns and does everything possible to get to the root of the problem. I am confident that all of my needs will be met here. Wonderful doctor and staff.

This is not about the doctor this is about the rude lady that works at the front desk! she was incredibly rude with me when I called about possibly saving the office money with our red bag waste disposal program. I hope she does not talk to every one like she did. The sweet voice might have got her the job- but that nasty attitude isnt cute .....

Dr cole is the best

My diagnosis have been accurate and addressed with the appropriate treatments. His is personable and very responsive to emergencies. They charge your insurance without your consent or knowledge. Then when you call to ask about the bill they are very rude and uninformed. Received shots for over a year and only met with the doctor during my initial appointment, never had a follow up with him.

I appreciated that I got in to see Dr. Cole within 10 minutes of my appointment time, the office staff were polite, and Dr. Cole took time to explain everything to me in detail. Location is super convenient if you live in Midtown. I'm going to start going to his office regularly for allergy shots. I appreciated that it seemed like they weren't overbooking patients and you got in to see the doctor at your appointment time. If I could give this alleged doctor no star I would've. My son was referred to his downtown office for an allergy test. Upon waiting to be seen the doctor explains that my son will receive a skin test. By my son never experiencing a skin test I asked what it was. He told me it was a simple test to check for different allergies. I thought well ok it shouldn't be terrible for my son who was 6yes old with special needs. The medical assistant brought in a tray with different rubes of liquid. She asked me to take off his shirt & my oldest son & I has to hold him. She proceeded to give my son 66 injections on his back. He screamed like I never heard him scteam before! My oldest son & I cried along with him. It's been a year & I still have nightmares, feel like I wasn't being a good parent, live with regret, & I have trauma as a result. I had to go to therapy for this appointment. Meanwhile my son is strong & resilient & brave & have since then been afraid of needles. We had to go back in for labs & the doctor was extremely rude & unprofessional (had a bad attitude ). I'm reporting this doctor because there was a patch test he could've done for my son (I was told by his occupational therapist who also had the allergy patch test. This doctor is evil & in compassionate! He's terrible & I don't recommend anyone supports his practice! If I could give this alleged doctor no star I would've. The nurses were great, very concerned and professional. However, Dr. Cole was not. He was extremely rude to me when my test results were not positive but I still could not understand why I am sick and apparently he didn't either. The nurses were concerned about how I was feeling after the test and he came back in and was rude again. I was not rude to him and the nurses know this. I only want to understand, and he was asking me WHY. He gave me nothing to work with moving ahead and I wanted to get out before I cried in front of him. It was horrible. He told me he was going to SEND my doctor the results and report, as if I had done nothing but waste his time. If you have a hard case, don't go there, especially if you are a woman. The nurses were great, very concerned and professional. However, Dr. Cole was not. I love this Dr. so professional.

He has treated my Son for years. He does a pretty good job.

Finds the problem and solution. Went to two different East Memphis allergists and they found nothing. Not sure if they didn't know how to test for allergies or they just messed up. They recommended over the counter solutions that did nothing to alleviate issues. With Dr. Cole, the1st test found my childs allergies as they lit up when his team did the work. We now know the problem, it's seasonality and what to do about it. If you are looking for education he went to one of finest med schools in the country - Stanford. I have went to the this office only once. The doctor and nurses there was great. However the office manager was not pleasant at all. I will not refer anyone nor allow my doctors to refer to this office. The office manager was very unprofessional not only towards me but others.
