Unfortunately late on appointment time even in week days.They call you on time from waiting room but it takes another fifteen minutes or so until he see you.Otherwise great dermatologist.

Dr Brooks is an excellent doctor who really cares about his patients and makes care very easy to understand. Great person

Saw Dr. Brooks for a cyst on my chest. I had not touched it before, and was waiting for a doctor's professional opinion. He opened the cyst and only partially drained it, and after 2 more visits, the cyst was finally gone, but in it's place was left a discolored crater scar. I cannot even wear a scoop neck without being asked 'what happened! what is that!?'. It is truly so embarrassing. I returned to the office to ask for him to fix it, and he has made me come back 6x over the course of a year, paying $300 each time for multiple lasers to lighten and resurface the scar THAT HE CAUSED! Upon my most recent interaction with his office, his receptionist demanded a $200 deposit for my next $300 visit to fix a problem that the doctor is the cause of! Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional.I just want my skin to be back to what it was before I ever had this awful experience. $1500+ later....

I am surprised by some of the reviews, because I have always had a pleasant experience at Dr. Brooks's office. He is easy to talk to and very efficient, nothing but a positive experience so far. The staff has always been fine to me, never any issues.

Terrible Rude Staff. Did not want to help me with questions I asked. Turned me away from a scheduled appointment. Told me they were going to charge my credit card also. Horrible reflection on Doctor. STAY AWAY!

very informative visit from Dr. Brooks

I did a few telehealth visits this doctor for hair loss stemming from a hair straightening treatment. He told me to take Women’s Rogaine 5%, 2x/day. The Rogaine instructions said only apply once a day, but I followed the doctor’s instructions instead because I’m not a medical expert. Fast forward weeks later with horrible and life threatening side effects: insomnia, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure. I went to my PCP who did an EKG and was diagnosed w/ sinus tachycardia. He said this dermatologist should’ve prescribed the 2% women’s Rogaine. He said 5% is too strong. I my PCP prescribed Metropolal for sinus tachycardia. I’m lucky to be alive.

I will never go back to that office. Very disrespectful of patient’s wait time. Made me wait over an hour and when I thought it was my turn, he took another patient. Inconsiderate! So disappointed in him

I went with my wife. Dr. Brooks examined us both. He was thorough, polite, pleasant and caring. He told what he was doing and why. He explained what he was finding and not finding. He answered every question we had. I strongly recommend him. He knows what he is doing, he cares, and he is a nice person.

This office is nothing but a con job. The manager Alex is so rude and lied in my face. Extremely unprofessional. I asked for the doctor to call me and she practically said he won’t, touch luck. They just want to sell you a service and then they don’t care about results, as soon as it’s done with NO results they want to sell you another one. This woman is horrible and rude. I would still like a call back from the doctor ASAP or I will dispute the charge on my credit card as they scammed me.

I had difficulty making appts toward the end of my pregnancy, which Dr. Brooks was aware of. I missed an appt for preterm labor & another two days after my son was born. I called after both, it wasnt documented &I was charged a no show fee, which I paid. However, his "office manager", Eliana, was blatantly rude and disrespectful asking why I was making a big deal over "just $25" & wanted proof that I paid. I will never return to this Dr., nor will my sister who was present for the conversation.

Booking an apt. was fast and easy and within 2 weeks I was in the office. The staff are very polite and the office is well polished. Dr. Brooks was thorough, understanding, and took the time to explain the medication he prescribed for me. I was very impressed and highly recommend Dr. Brooks to my friends and family. -The best part is, I was in and out of the office within 30 minutes!

Dr. Brooks is far and away the best dermatologist I've been to. I went to several dermatologists for keloid treatment on my back and shoulders yet I was not seeing any results. Through Dr. Brooks' care regimen I am happy to say that my back has improved by about 90% since we began treatment. Dr. Brooks takes his time to explain the treatment plan, what to expect, and how to follow up. He is easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable during my visits to his office. A+.
