Steven Andrew Brown

Dr. Brown examined our 11-month old son after an arm injury. He was thorough and efficient, explaining his findings in a way that was easy to understand while alleviating concerns and using scientific evidence to support his reasoning. My wife was at work so she participated via speaker phone, yet he communicated effectively to us as though we were both present. He was friendly, comforting, did his best to minimize discomfort to our son, and included my wife and I in the decision-making process. The visit lasted approximately 20 minutes and I left with all my questions answered and confident in our selected treatment plan.

Dr. Brown is the most amazing doctor that I ever meet!! He helped me son out and fixed his foot!! He also give me his cell number to call him if I had any problems!!

My daughter fractured her wrist and she was really nervous/scared about the visit and getting a cast. Dr. Brown and his team were amazing from the beginning! They were genuinely caring and playful and put my little one at ease. Doctor Brown took his time to not just explain things to me but also my daughter and answered every/any questions she had.

Wonderful staff. They were so helpful and quick to get my son in to be seen. They all were so gentle and understanding towards his fears. They're just an all around great team.

Dr Brown was great he very interested in how the progress of ankle fusion. He has my complete confidence in him,He explained exactly what the next step in the process of my fusion will be.

Dr. Brown is the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever encountered. He listens and answers your questions thoroughly. He goes above and beyond to make sure that I am getting the best care, even with other doctors I see. He is the only doctor (out of many that I currently see) that personally returns my phone calls and even texts me. I highly recommend him. You won't find another doctor like him.

Compassionate, professional care. They were on time with the appointments, and each person we came in contact with was cheerful, helpful, and competent. What more could we ask?

The five stars is not only for Dr. Brown but the entire experience at Riverside Orthepedic Institute from the front desk staff, x-ray techs, and Dr. Brown's intern, who will be an exceptional physician in his own right.

Dr Brown made us feel comfortable and shared much information about the surgery. His post op care was handled promptly and friendly. He first hand came to greet us and was always available to answer any of my questions. His staff is friendly and very well mannered with children.

Such a great experience. Very friendly staff and compassionate nurse and doctor. Took all the time to go over my questions. My son left the clinic already feeling much better. Thank you!”

My initial visit with Dr Brown was very good. X-Rays were taken there in the office and a course of action was discussed with the doctor. The staff was courteous and I was seen in a fair amount of time. I highly recommend Dr Brown.
