I went in for a tooth to be pulled. Due to past dental exp trauma, I was so anxious.The team was calming and caring. The doctor Was sincere and professional from the get go. Very personable and put my nerves to ease quickly letting me know that he would take good care of me. And that’s just what he did! Super fast, minimal discomfort if any during the procedure. Great experience. Wish he had done my past work in my mouth. Highly recommend.

Dr. Butler was friendly, worked at good pace, and I loved the follow up calls. I had no pain and would highly recommend this office. Great, professional office. Would come back FOR SURE!

I have required more than my fair share of dental work over the years. Each time I have needed an oral surgeon, Dr. Butler has been kind, professional, and amazingly skilled at what he does. He takes a situation that is often stress-filled and alleviates that with the confidence that he instills. I have never left his office feeling like I have received anything but the best of care. I would recommend him to anyone!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed today. She was very apprehensive and the entire staff did a wonderful job making her feel comfortable. She has had minimal discomfort. She is the second child in our family to go through wisdom teeth removal. Our son had the same excellent service and experience two years ago at OMSA, as my daughter did today. I’ve had 2 implants done by Dr Butler. The first one. Easy!! The second one - no complications but Dr Butler brought out a hammer to help place the implant. No warning!! No explanation before sitting in chair to have it done! Then on final appt after implant in place- wham! Again! WTHeck!! What kind of dentistry requires whacking a person’s mouth? Dr. Butler works extremely fast and everything goes very smoothly. Unfortunately, he goes so fast that he doesn't take any measurements. He drilled a hole and fitted the bottom of the implant that is not in line with the other teeth but too much inside. I had no idea how it was going to look until my dentist placed the crown on it. It is not worth going through all that trauma again to fix it, but I will be unhappy with it for the rest of my life. This work was done in 2016 and Paul Revere is not my real name. Dr. was very nice. When I phoned with questions, the nurses were nice. It would have been helpful if the nurses after the procedure were more helpful. They did not go over any instructions, simply asked if I read them. They did not show me how to change the gauze. There were 4 or 5 of them too busy talking about their lunch trip to TJ Maxx. My experience at OMSA was wonderful! I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted with no bruising, minimal swelling, and no dry socket. Dr.Reed performed my surgery. The staff was kind, friendly, and professional. Thanks guys!!!
