Staff was friendly. Dr spent time talking about my issues and what my options were. Very knowledgeable.

Dr. Eggleston and staff were very professional efficient. Dr. Eggleston took the time to explain my issue in a way that was very easy to understand. I highly recommend this clinic for any joint issues you might have

Dr. Eggleston and the nurse were great. Friendly and took time to explain everything.

Dr. Eggleston takes his time with you and explains your issues and the choices for treatment. His office staff is very professional and are there to make your visit comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr. Eggleston for any orthopedic care you may need.

Dr. Office staff were very friendly...Dr. was very detailed and answered all my questions and to the point. 4 stars because I paid $60 1st visit (30min/ 10min w/Dr.) he scheduled an MRI and I have to pay another $60 for the follow up..but I guess that's out there hands it's an insurance thing...

This was my first time to see Dr. Eggleston. I was very happy with my results. The office was clean and the staff was very nice and professional.

Amazing people! Dr. Eggleston is very much down to earth, explained everything and the route we are taking to get me back to my old self. Being able make an appointment on line is so convenient. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Consulting with Dr. Eggleston about my upcoming surgery was a pleasure, he explained in detail what to expect, the procedure, the benefits and the possible risks. Thank you!!

He was very thorough and explained everything in a way I could understand it. He didn’t sugar coat anything; he was very truthful.

Lady up front is rude, un professional, and frankly doesn’t seem like she knows what shes doing ever time we go in there. Confronted her for being rude to my wife and she acted dumb then tried to talk over me. Doctor burned my kids leg twice with the saw while cutting casts, is very pushy and in sympathetic to children in pain... Go elsewhere.

Trying to make appointment but the woman taking the call was extremely rude and kept telling me what the doctor was probably going to do and what he wasnt going to do. Said maybe you need to go to your PCP. I was having hip pain which he was treating me for..why would I want to go to my PCP. She upset me so much that I don't ever want to go back to that office. The doctor is fine if you can get passed the woman making appointments. It's shameful that he allows this kind of behavoir. I will definately not recommend this MD to anyone unless he cleans house

Was upfront about my injuries and offered different options and recommended other doctors.

I have complete trust in Dr. Eggleston. He treated me for a broken ankle in 2005 so I did not hesitate to contact him for my current knee injury. He is conservative and I like that "he tells it how it is."

I went in to see Dr. Eggleston about a knee problem I have.I am a 69 y.o. male with a lot of miles on me.Dr. Eggleston was curtious and proffesional.He explained in great detail what was wrong with my knee and the proceedure needed to fix it.Great bed side manners.I will review more when I get all the results.

Went in this morning with a broke arm referred to them by ER. Didnt get to see them they turned me away because my daughter had a bill from 9 years ago that I didnt even bo she had. Never got a thing from them

I was in pain and could not work. Every doctor I called had a wait list for an appointment of 2 weeks to 2 months. Dr. Eggleston saw me that afternoon, took x-rays right then, himself. A plan was made and I'm recovering in almost no pain and ready to go to work. All in less than 2 weeks

Last night is the first night in a long time that I wasn't awakened with pain in my knee. I feel like Dr. Eggleston worked a miracle. His experience shines through. Thank you!

Back in 2011 I fell and broke my ankle! As you can imagine, it was traumatizing. I was referred to Doc Eggleston. I KNOW that if it were not for him I would not be walking pain free! He knows his stuff. He is direct and to the point! He is serious and his bedside manner leave something to desired, BUT he more than makes up for in his skills. I would recommend Dr. Eggleston. He is extremely thorough and informative. I appreciated the way he took care of me, very easy going and not pushy at all. He offered several options as far as treatment and weighed out pros and cons for me. His staff is also extremely helpful and quick with paperwork for your employer. If you work in a plant you know how complicated and frustrating that can be. There are other great orthopedic doctors in the area, but zero with a staff this courteous and helpful. Horrible experience: if I could give negative stars I would! Went it for torn ligaments in my ankle from a bad fall. During my visit my husband and I were placed in what looked to be a storage room with shelves lining the walls. Dr. Eggleston acted drunk it hungover from the night before. Constantly Interrupting my husband mid scentancs. He did three X-rays on my ankle. Never showing one of them to my husband or I. Upon evaluating (I use that word loosely) my ankle he walked out of the room twice (without explanation) to talk on the phone. Dr. Eggleston did not give directions for care and even told me I could walk on my foot. (I had to be carried to the truck by my husband to get to my appointment, how can I walk?) ,He asked me if I wanted pain killers, I didn’t & I feel that was a question that’s should have not been asked. I did go to anther Doctor for a second opinion and recieved all the information I needed to properly care for my sprang ankle ( torn ligaments and chipped bone). I called back today (two days later) to Egglestons office to ask for a temporary handicap sign since I will be on crutches for several weeks. Once the nurse called me back told me no. I disagreed with the decision. She called me again and told me that Eggleston said the handicap signs are reserved for “older folks”. Great doctor very understanding and very helpful staff

This dr is just plain weird. Had knee pain with bakers cyst he didnt even exam my knee before getting xrays done xrays came back negative then belittled me because i was self pay. Just cause im paying cash dosent mean im poor but that was his assumption dont use him waste of time and money.

Dr. Eggleston has his wife Julie that works and at his office and is a very rude person. Rude and disrespectful Acts Like child and hangs up on ppl.. Very unprofessional .. Never have i called any office in my line of work and get ugliness and rude behavior specially coming from a doctors WIFE... I do not recommend this office to any one ..
