A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. I wasnt able to get a diagnosis from my first visit and the doctor prescribed me WATER. I paid the 100$ fee out of pocket and was sent home after 10mins of my evaluation. After three days I had to return because of my increasing stomach pain and unable to sleep at night and after paying another 100$ out of pocket fee they were going to send me home again without any medication. I however requested at least an antibiotic and they agreed which I paid 20$ for at CVS. After a few more weeks and no improvement they insisted I return again. luckily I did not because it was obvious they had no clue how to help or diagnosis what was happening to me. I instead went to Palm Bay Urgent Care and was quickly sent to have a CT scan and blood work. Thankfully Palm Bay Urgent care was able to diagnosis my symptoms and follow up with me weeks later to see if I improved. At urgent 4 care they could care less and the rude secretary told me she would call me back twice and never did I had to call them. Now weeks later after Urgent 4 Care couldn't find anything wrong with me, prescribing me WATER and charged me 200$ I receive bills from them. I was a cash paying customer they didn't provide me with any service, and was never told I would have to pay an additional fee later on. Now they are requesting more cash called TIME OF SERVICE PAYMENT.LOL. WHAT SERVICE? The Palm Bay Urgent Care who actually helped me was less expensive and they are not trying to sneak extra fees from me. I will not pay Urgent 4 Care a penny as I feel they are skills are not worth a penny. Honestly, they should be called URGENT 4 CASH! A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
