During the first visits with my son they were great, now it's like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone. I have called for the last 3 days trying to get med's refilled for my son and they have taken messages multiple times. NO RETURN CALLS. The answering service has been answering since 11 am today and it's now 3 pm in the afternoon. There is no reason for them to have the phones turned over to them all day.
