I saw Dr. Grain after being referred by my dentist for problems with TMJ. I never would have expected or asked for a same day appointment, but somehow I got lucky. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Grain was fabulous. He took the time to thoroughly explain what TMJ is, what my X-rays showed and treatment steps to manage. Would highly recommend

My daughter went in for wisdom teeth extraction, dr. Grain was Professional and courteous. Explained all steps of the procedure before hand . Surgery went well and was quicker then expected

Very strict about masks, which I abhor… I sneeze constantly. But after that, you will be on time, and the surgical work is swift, painless …and reasonably priced. My care has been superb. I REALLY like the Medford Office (small but complete) and the gestapo at the reception desk turned out to be EXCELLENT once you put the mask on right. They’re really great people! I’m coming from Delaware where masks are almost non-existent … except in hospitals. For me, it’s worth the trip!

Bad experience, because I gave my Aetna card, the front desk person @ the Moorestown, NJ office didn't claimed anything from my Aetna didn’t plan I contributed last year. They asked me to to pay the $550.00/ date of service 11/22/2022& I paid!!! I called Aetna & I did a reimbursement form .Aetna me that they talk to the billing Dept @ billingbdept frmo my Oral Sargent to disburse my difference?Dr Steven Garvins office send the check to wrong address for the reimbursement check! Every time, when I called this Oral Sugents office they transferred to me to their billing dept. Dr Steven Garvins front desk made a mistake, they didn’t claimed from my Aetna for my Dent insurance. I requested them I like to have a phone called withDr Steven garvin, he never called me back since the service on 11/22/2021!!. Now the payroll dept is telling me they reimburse the the mone in April 2022? Since I paid on 11/22/2021 I’m waiting for the reimbursement check from Dr Steven Garvin!!!

The absolute very best oral surgeon!! He takes his time answering any and all questions and is very calming (I’m a huge baby when it comes to anything dental related). He made me feel like everything would be fine and explained everything he was going to do now and moving forward.

Dr. Garin was awesome! I was really nervous getting my wisdom teeth removed but he made the process a little less scary for me. He explained everything about the procedure before I received anesthesia so I knew exactly what would be happening! I recommend him!

Dr. Garin was awesome! I have a chronic illness that not many people have heard of, but he was well aware of it and knew of all my medications/what conditions they are used for! He took extra time to take my blood pressure a few times and gave me extra IV saline before giving me any medication and starting my procedure. The staff was incredibly friendly and caring. If I ever need another dental surgery, I will for sure be going back to Dr. Garin!

Needed to get a tooth extraction. I was scared to death. Dr. Garin was fast as can be and made me feel as calm as ever. Finding him was a blessing. Very reasonable co-pay also. Nurses were extremely kind on the phone as well talking me down from my anxieties about the procedure. Overall amazing visit. I am so excited that I won’t have to deal with the pain of this tooth anymore.

The coolest oral surgeon I have ever gone to in all my life! He is very kind & puts you right at ease! Discusses the issue with you & then he tells you what he is going to do & he does the procedure painlessly, & just like that, you are on your way! He & his staff are amazing! Highly recommended!

Dr Garin put in an implant that should have never been placed. Once in, I suffered multiple infections and it needs to be removed now. He refused to see me or return any phone calls. My implant is now completely exposed and I cannot wear my denture, leaving me without teeth for over 3 years now. No other dentist will remove my implant either because of Dr Garin being the one who placed it. He charged me thousands of dollars for incompetent, incomplete work and I am embarrassed to leave the house. Real nice for a Nurse. I would never refer even my worst enemy here.

Dr. Garin is my new hero! He had to extract a tooth for my 2 year old daughter and I can't even believe how easy it was. The extraction was super quick and his staff was amazing and so great with my daughter. I couldn't have been happier with the experience.

Please avoid-- Dr. Steven Garin (Marlton). Terrible! My daughter had long-term complications from his poor wisdom-teeth removal. And he would not even return calls post-surgery, not to mention did not call to check up right after. Office was equally bad. Avoid!

I've been to many local oral surgeons over the years in this area. Dr. Garin is the best there is. I even changed my insurance back to my original choice to be able to go back to him.

Dr. Garin removed my daughter's four wisdom teeth. It was a terrible experience, and his follow-up was neglectful.

Dr.Garin is amazing!! I seen him 2 weeks ago. He was very Professional and explained everything. I wouldn't go anywair else. I been afraid to get these 2 teeth taken care of for 3 years now and he made me very comfortable before hand. I healed in a few days and couldn't be happier. Thank you Dr. For what you do!! Very clean office and everyone is so sweet who works for him.

Steven did a fantastic job on an extremely difficult Molar extraction. I did not require any pain meds with the exception of 2 advil the day after surgery. Steven is AWESOME!

My husband is a heart patient and has had many extractions with Dr. Garin and root canals. He has always been very pleased with his care. At a time when no one else would see my husband with an abcess, he did. He was just a few days out of heart surgery.

Overcharge for time under sedation! Be careful to check the exact time the patient goes into the office until the staff is done monitoring them after sedation. My son was under sedation and monitoring for under 20 minutes (I know this because I texted my husband at start and finish since we were both nervous about the procedure). The insurance company and I were billed for additional time that the staff did not record correctly (of course), and now I have a much larger bill to pay than expected.

Like other reviewers, I also had a problem with their insurance/billing. My son had to get a tooth extracted. They are in my insurance plan so I should have only needed to pay my co-pay. After the surgery was done I found out that they used an anesthesia not covered by my insurance. Why in the world do they say they are in my plan if they don't follow the rules of the plan! I tried to get the bill worked out with my insurance company and Haddon Oral sent my case to the court. Not even coll

Dr. Garin twisted my neck so severely when I was under anesthesia, it cause a bulge in one of the dics of my cervical spine. I have literally spent thousands of dollars trying to heal from it. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find a different oral surgeon!! If I could give zero stars I would!

I had angst about having this molar pulled but opted to have it done under local. Got there, met him & instantly liked him. He numbed me and before I knew it, it was out. Never felt anything. No swelling not much bleeding and no bruising. OMG I've had much more pain having teeth drilled & filled. This man is magic. Would refer all of my family & friends. The man is marvelous!!!
