Dr Green and staff was so friendly. He made me feel at ease as he for sure knew his stuff. I believe I’ve been to him two times maybe three to have wisdom teeth as well as a couple other teeth removed. The Wyandotte office in kCK was very kind BUT the Leawood office ladies weren’t as kind towards me, kinda like I ( black) didn’t belong there or they weren’t used to a lot of us coming there. Afterwards I was still so lightheaded but the young lady pretty much pushed me out the door very rude like and my husband had to hold me up. Doctor Green is the best and was kind no matter the location but there is a very clear difference in the ladies at that location Dr Green and staff was so friendly. I would not go any place but here friendly and patience thank you all.

While the staff and Dr were nice they followed little to no Covid prevention measures. Not a single staff member wore a mask even with close pt contact.

Dr Green was fantastic in explaining what it would be like during my tooth extraction.His staff is also so kind and caring and Bri was great in making me feel calm!

Dr Green and his assistants were very professional and great to deal with. However, his receptionist were the worst that I've experienced in a long time. In addition to the deductible, they wanted to "guess" how much we owed them and just charge us for that and refund or ask for more at a later date. I wanted to be exact and asked them to bill us but they continued to insist we pay the "guessed amount" before we left. To top it off they blamed it on me because I didn't know how much I owed them. Great staff! Consultation for the removal of my wisdom teeth was fast and informative. The day of the surgery I was not doing so well after the oral surgery but I had a hygienist by my side the whole time who was very helpful. She seemed very mature and I can tell she knew what she was doing. As for the pain I had no pain at all after removal. I did not use the opioids prescribed to me. I am not here to do your job for you as an eighteen year old with an unfinished high school education. But I do have an intimate knowledge of something you seem to disregard. I am a woman with severe, diagnosed anxiety, much of it specifically related to medical scenarios. I am a woman who has been treated like a child or hysterical for having mental illness. This traumatic experience I had under Dr. Green’s care will be added to a long backlog of others that left me feeling broken, stupid, and in deep deep pain. I suggest that you talk to your patients and ask them what would be most helpful for them at the time. Take the time out of your busy day to sit down with them. Make them laugh. Make them feel human. If they panic, give them time. Talk to them, not about them. Give them the chance to be strong before assuming they’re another hopeless case for you to recklessly plow through. Read up on trauma awareness. Do the work so that your patients need not suffer. Best wishes.

Dr Green is the best Oral Surgeon in this area. He is kind, gentle and very thorough. He corrected a bad situation caused by another syrgeon and made me whole and infection free. I can't thank Dr Green enough, Im so greatful for him.

I had all four of my teeth removed when I say this has been the best dentist I’ve ever visited !!!! Yes they Very friendly , they informed you well on ever procedure. No need to be scare or have anxiety they make the whole experience pleasant . I would recommend this dentist anytime . Thank you Dr????

I had such a great experience with the folks at both the Leawood office and the KCK office! They adapted to my appointment times twice, helped with my nerves before my wisdom teeth surgery, and answered my calls with questions post-op, and took care of my follow up appointment last minute! Highly recommend!

I went in to have all four of my wisdom teeth removed. The consultation was straightforward and Dot made sure I understood everything. The receptionist was lovely, nice and welcoming! The day of the surgery was chill and the dental assistant helping me was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable at all times- even brought me a blanket.
